Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. Parking lot in the courtyard, plus 8h puck spots on the street (8am-6pm). NOTE: Self-catering, i.e. you take care of the sheets and cleaning yourself. Please leave the apartment as tidy as it was when you arrived. Bring your own sheets or you can borrow from the closet. Washing and drying of borrowed sheets before departure 🙂✨

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Joensuu Arena and other sports halls, Linnunlahti and the services of the city center are all just a few hundred meters' walk away! I provide towels, bed linen and detergents, as well as basic cooking supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, freezer, etc. You also have access to a washing machine, hair dryer, fan and 55-inch TV.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
