Welcome to this newly renovated house in the heart of Skärhamn. The house is within walking distance to the swimming area, the harbor and bus stop with connection to Gothenburg. On the first floor of the house there is a living room and kitchen. The upper floor contains a larger bedroom with two beds and sea views, a smaller bedroom with two beds, a living room with a bed and a toilet By the patio there is an exit to the viewpoint with magnificent views of Skärhamn and the west sea. Free car parking is available outside the house.

Welcome to a nice apartment in Skärhamn close to the sea and nature! At a walking distance of 400 meters there is a bathing area with beach, nice cliffs and diving towers. Skärhamn square and Södra harbor are about 1 km from the accommodation. The community's only grocery store is about 20 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Around the corner is Toftenäs nice nature reserve with a beautiful hike among cliffs, pastures and sea.
