Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

Nybyggt hus (2019) på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset.
