Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tjörn

We had a great stay at Tim's place. The house was incredibly nice and adapted for larger groups with several outdoor areas to use. The environment was calm and peaceful with horses and birds singing around the corner. Took 15-20 minutes into Gothenburg by car, perfect distance to get city life but also peace and quiet. Highly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful time in Soledad‘s cottage on Brännö. The cottage is very cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Great place to relax and explore the island!

Emelie went over and above my expectations to ensure we had all we needed (particularly for our grandson). The house was exactly as we imagined, a well loved, comfortable and homely place with all we needed for our short stay. She was responsive to even the silliest questions and kept in touch throughout checking that we were ok and if we needed any further support from her. Very pleased with the whole experience and will certainly be our first port of call when we return to Gothenburg.

If you want to experience life in a traditional Swedish home a few kilometers from the coast of Bohuslän and the engravings of Tanum, then do not miss this gem that awaits you at the end of the road (be careful to follow the instructions so you don't have to go wrong). In addition to the warm and child-friendly environment, you will certainly receive the visit of Hektor the cat who will pick up some pets. We will keep the memory of our time in this house without which our journey to Sweden would not have been so successful.

A brilliant house, with loads of space and an amazing garden. The kids loved the trampoline, pool and space to play. We loved the comfy living room, dining room with excellent views, and outdoor dining on the covered balcony. Would definitely recommend this place :)

We have enjoyed this house for a second tine and really enjoyed it once again. It is a great summer house with a clean and neat house with good facilities, and a fantastic garden with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen and things to play for kids. Magnus was a great host with easy, friendly and good communication. Highly recommended for both families and adults only.

We booked the house for 5 weeks as accommodation for our installation at a company in Gothenburg. Since we wanted to take care of ourselves and also wanted to sit together for a cold drink in the evening, we were looking for an apartment. Ina and her family treated us very well at all times and also helped immediately if we needed it. You could write her a message at any time and they responded quickly. The house is spacious and very clean. There is everything you need to live and cook and also much more. Wood was always provided to use the oven. The view from the house was wonderful! If we go to this company again, I would be delighted if Ina would host us again. Clear recommendation !

Beautiful and calm area, perfect place to stay at when visiting Öckerö.

Our stay on Tjörn was great! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Laban, who personally showed us the accommodation and was always available for questions. The accommodation itself was very well equipped, we lacked nothing. We liked the spacious and beautiful garden. Even if the property is accessible only by car, it is ideally located to reach all parts of the island in a few minutes. Thanks a lot!

We had a really lovely 5 days at Sofia’s place. Sofia and Malcolm were incredibly friendly and welcoming and had lots of ideas and tips of where we should go and what we should see. We were made to feel right at home and our children were encouraged to use the garden and trampoline etc, while we were also encouraged to pick the plums and other produce from the garden. The flat is really centrally located on Tjörn, meaning that everything we wanted to do was an easy drive away. We loved exploring the coastline and the island and really enjoyed the flat which suited our family of four really well. Thank you Sofia and Malcolm for a really lovely stay.

We had a very nice stay at Helen's place. Helen is a very friendly and warm-hearted woman who was always approachable and took care of. The apartment is in a very nice large house with a well-kept garden. From the large terrace, you have a great view of a field, where you can also see deer and sometimes even moose. The apartment has everything you need for a few days. The location is quiet and good to explore Hunnebostrand, Smögen, Bohus Malmön, etc. (Everything maximum about 15 minutes away by car). I recommend it!

Fantastic vacation home, beautifully and cozily furnished, with great terrace and lake view. The kitchen offers everything you could need. Nice and attentive hosts in a simply great environment. Rarely seen such a clean accommodation, keep it up!

Do not pass up this amazing Airbnb!! Martin and Anna were excellent hosts, with everything from stellar communication to a very well appointed, clean, and thoughtful apartment! The bed had soft, plush linens and crisp white robes were an added amenity provided. The bathroom shower had fantastic water pressure and plenty of towels. The kitchen had high end appliances which made cooking and coffee each morning delightful. Martin even brought us half a loaf of his freshly made sourdough bread. So kind! It is obvious they have taken the time to thoughtfully furnish the space and the location is unbeatable—just steps from the water!! I cannot give enough praises for this Airbnb—do yourself a favor and book this one!!!

A dream house in the forest with great amenities and its own boat/jetty. We spent a super relaxed 2 weeks in Anna's cottage and felt very comfortable there. It is a lovingly and very modern cottage, which is mainly used privately and therefore offers a lot of warmth (memories, collectibles, pillows, blankets, pictures) and all kinds of practical equipment. We felt right at home. Anna is a great hostess. She has prepared everything nicely and is always available for any questions and tips. We spent a lot of time on the lake, collecting chanterelles and taking excursions. There are many forest dwellers - especially many different birds and rabbits coming to visit you. And even a strong northern lights we could see. Great vacation! Small note: the main road is not paved. The connection in the north (Trollhättan and Udevalla) is significantly better and it is only 2.5 km until the asphalt starts.

The ONLY problem with this place is that we couldn’t stay for longer because it was the end of our Sweden tour. It is AMAZING here. Best hosts, incredible breakfast, GORGEOUS house, great sauna, wooden decks, cool design, soft fluffy beautiful bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. I am literally crying as I drive away because it was so incredibly beautiful and the hosts were awesome. Go here! You will NOT regret it!

We had a lovely Easter break at this wonderful little cottage. We enjoyed the peace and silence, the surrounding beautiful forests, and the kids enjoyed a lot collecting the fresh eggs! Welcoming hosts, very recommended!

The perfect place for us to stay. You have a great starting point to explore sights. On the other hand, you could also enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The accommodation is stylish and functional. Gunilla is a very nice hostess. After our long journey, she had already put lavishly filled sandwiches in the fridge to welcome us. She gave us good information about excursion destinations and if something was needed, a short message was enough. Thanks for that. We had a great vacation, which our dog also enjoyed very much. He didn't want to go home again.

We are super happy with our 5 days at Frida Christina! Homey and comfortable accommodation with everything we needed: comfortable beds, good kitchen, lovely wooden deck, plenty of seating furniture, private cinema and rural surroundings with hiking trails right at your doorstep. We received nice suggestions from the host for good restaurants and places to rent kayaks. Recomend😃

We had a lovely week at Tone's great cottage! You can enjoy the peace and nature in and around the house, sit in the conservatory or use the seating in the garden. And especially enjoyed the excursions to Tjörn.
