This stay was absolutely incredible! The property was even better than the photos, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and had everything I could possibly need. The hosts truly went above and beyond to take care of me. From check-in to check-out, they were kind, responsive nd genuinely welcoming. I felt completely at home the entire time. This place is a gem and the hosts are simply splendid.

Apartment good for India! It is old but clean and located within easy walk to restaurants and shops. Around 20mins walk to beach.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. We had such a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful — she gave us great recommendations on places to visit and things to do, and was always available whenever we needed anything. The home was perfect for our family — I stayed with my husband, our 5-year-old daughter, and my parents, and we all felt so comfortable and welcomed. The highlight was definitely the pool, which our daughter absolutely loved! Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. It was a truly lovely experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place looked exactly like the photo beautiful and true to what was shown online. The view was stunning, and the entire stay was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. It was the perfect getaway.The only issue we faced was with the parking. While they do provide parking, the space is quite small. If you're driving a larger vehicle like a Thar or an SUV, it can be a bit challenging to park. Other than that, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our time there!

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

I loved my stay. Gorgeous surroundings, really peaceful and there was everything I needed. The hosts were kind and friendly and checked if I needed anything. I will definitely book again if I am in the area.

Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

I had an amazing experience at this house in Bastora! The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The host Allison was very attentive and considerate of our needs. She responded to all queries quickly. The host made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is full of trees and flowering plants. One hears birds chirping all day long. The pergola in front garden is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee,reading or working. The river at the back added a unique and peaceful touch. A nice place to watch birds, and if you are lucky, also see the Otters! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The place was extremely comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The listing matched the description and it was a breeze to check-in and check-out of the property!

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

It was incredibly tidy and clean, and it seemed like home in a quiet area. However, when we were there, building was underway (and would continue for another five to six months), despite the host's warnings, and the noise from the concrete bars and the dragging of construction equipment got really loud from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Although we appreciate the hospitality and they have preserved all necessary supplies, the host should retain some insect repellent because it was missing and clean the higher shelf and hanging lights on a regular basis. Nevertheless, we had a great time and want to return soon.

We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds.
