Vacation rentals with beach access in Tivat Municipality

This location is absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, the view from the terrace onto the local nature park is gorgeous. The place is dead quiet apart from a neighbor's rooster which *will* wake you up in the morning, but that's an excellent time for a walk anyway. There is a bakery right downstairs, owned by the host himself, with both sweet and savory dishes, open for pretty much the entire day, you will not go hungry. Several grocery stores, if need be, are within walking distance. There are two paths from here to the seafront: either you go along the road and look at the nice local architecture with its small, well-decorated houses, or you enter the aforementioned park and walk among the trees and meadows as you go down. Stanislav himself was very kind and helpful, he warned us about the local policy of mandatory tourist registration and helped us get that done, and he also drove us to the airport when we were leaving.

We had an amazing month staying at Besi’s place. The location is perfect—there’s parking and a grocery store right across the street. Montenegro Port is a 20-minute walk along the beautiful waterfront (a great spot for coffee or just to enjoy a stroll in a lovely area). The place itself is incredibly cozy and well-equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It has the best interior we've ever encountered (which is crucial for anyone who still needs to work while traveling), and we have a lot of Airbnb experience. Highly recommend it! My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was perfect in every way. The apartment was clean, large and had everything we needed. It was also located in central Tivat which meant we could walk to all of the local restaurants. We visited the cable cars, Kotor and the national park. The buses were not the easiest to figure out but there are taxis available. I would highly recommend this apartment. Maja was very quick to respond to messages and sent us recommendations of places to eat which was useful. Thank you for a lovely holiday 😊

A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest!

Very comfortable and well presented apartment. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, spotless. We were very happy here. We thought it was a good location for visiting Lustica. 15 mins to Rose and 30 to Zanjice beach. 2/3 local restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Would recommend the apartment.

Beautiful view, cozy apartment, very friendly and helpful host. The host is sweet and will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. My only regret is that my stay was so short! The only caution I would issue is with Montenegro itself. There is a tax office you have to visit by law if you stay in a private accommodation like an airbnb. The tax is small but you have to go in person and pay this tax and they don't have weekend or late night hours. You audio have to pay the tax per city (so you can't visit Budva and pay for the tax in Tivat). Also driving is stressful here. Neither of these should be enough to prevent you from visiting this beautiful place, just be aware of these things.

We stayed 4 nights at Alinas Appartement. The view was just stunning and it looks just as in the pictures (if not better). The Appartement itself was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very nice to cook something together and the balcony is very big so you basically sit outside the whole day. The area is very calm. There are 2-3 restaurants in walking distance. We went to one of them and it was very nice. From there out you have a good connection to Kotor, Tivat (roughly 25-35min by car). Just 10min away is a very nice beach called Przno Beach (or Plavi Beach). It is a small bay with a sand beach which are rare to find in Montenegro. All in all, the stay was very pleasant and perfekt for a calm getaway.

We stayed in the apartment for 9 days and when we landed at the airport, the owners of the house informed us how to get there. We also rented our cars with their help and the car rental company was also very kind and punctual. Because of the heavy traffic, we could not reach the house on time but they waited for us for a long time. A lady was there for us and she introduced us the house. She was very welcoming, answered all our questions and gave us very helpful tips. During our stay, she came by the house a couple of times to make sure we had no problems. The house was clean, rooms were just like in the pictures on airbnb and the view from all the balconies was fantastic. Also, we communicated with another lady (Maria) via phone and she sent us directions for very nice beaches, shopping areas, etc. Thanks to them we enjoyed our holiday in Montenegro. A really beautiful apartment and fantastic hosts. Veselin and Mila were always available and extremely helpful in every sense. They made my partner's birthday extra special with a lovely surprise: honestly the best hosts you could wish for. The apartment is peaceful and close to Tivat airport: spotless and had everything that we needed in a spacious clean environment. Thanks Veselin and Mila: we will definitely be back

Very nice house in the Luštica peninsula with a beautiful terrace with natural shadow from The trees and nice view on the sea. Perfect location to go around Kotor area. The house is well furnished and rooms are very comfortable.

Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

Dado's little Fisherman's house was very cute and cozy. If you need isolation from the world and people, you can have it. If you rather want to have people around you, fun, exploration, beautiful beaches and surroundings, you can have that as well. Dado, from the other hand, is a great host, easy to communicate, chill and easy going.

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

We had the most wonderful 4 days at Jelena and Nikola’s beautiful place! The view is truly unbeatable and the house is extremely comfortable with a spacious kitchen and lounge, perfect for nights in, and light airy bedrooms with the stunning view of the bay. Jelena and Nikola were away during our stay but made check in very easy and were so good at staying in touch if we had any questions! None of our group had been to Montenegro before and staying in this house and experiencing Tivat and other local areas has made it one of our top European adventures! Cannot recommend it enough!

This is a perfect little apartment for one or two people. Quiet and restful area. Gorgeous views over the bay. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us. Good shower. Clean bed linens. Hot water. Sufficient kitchen for basic cooking. Bring all your own food, drink, spices, supplies. Washer/dryer was a great feature. The stairs or street are very steep but it’s an easy walk to the water and restaurants. No shops nearby, come prepared. No television. Plan to relax and gaze across the water.

Our host and her mother were very sweet people, they helped us with everything, thank you very much. If we stop by Montenegro, the address is clear ❤️❤️🥰🥰🤩🤩

The appartment was beautiful and had everything we needed! There were two airco’s, one in the living and one in the bedroom. Which is a must during the hot summer days. In a 5 minute walk there was a beach and in about a 15 minute walk you could be at the porto montenegro centre. Kind regards, M&M

The apartment is very clean and fully corresponds to the photos and description. All equipment and appliances are working properly. There is a parking space for a car in the courtyard. Beautiful small view of the sea from the living room and from the bedroom. Marija is very hospitable and caring, she is always available and ready to help.
