We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

One of the most incredible stays I’ve ever experienced in Ontario. This cottage is even better in person; beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and absolutely stunning and serene surroundings. Retreat 82 has all the amenities you could ask for and more, and our dog loved every minute of our stay too. We can’t wait to come back!

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

Wonderful stay! Our host Dylan was very quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The home fit our large group comfortably. The home was spotless, beds were very comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras (lots of towels, warm blankets, coffees, teas, little treats) Hot tub was very relaxing and clean. Lots to do, we all enjoyed ourselves and we’re already planning our return stay!! 😊

Tristan’s stay was amazing! From booking to checking out the entire process was seamless, not to mention the amenities in the AIRBNB were amazing - remember to bring your own toiletries but other than that - FANTASTIC stay chef’s kiss! Shiyu was a great host. What an amazing and peaceful cottage. We made some great memories there. Shiyu was very responsive and helpful. The place looks exactly, even better than pictures in real life. Shiyu accommodated us in best way possible. Totally worth getting this place for the weekend and spending time with family. Definitely booking it again soon. I would recommend 100% this property if you want to spend quality time with your loved ones.

My best friend and I were looking for a place to go for a girls getaway. We both desperately needed to relax and unwind. Devon’s place was exactly what we hoped for. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. If you need peace, are looking to rest and relax or even go someplace close to amenities but that still feels secluded Devon’s little slice of heaven is exactly the spot you need. We will definitely be booking for a future girls trip for sure! 💗 5⭐️ place!

we were a family of 5 and a baby 6 month old. The cottage was so comfortable, beautifully decorated, fully stocked with everything we needed and some more. we used the BBQ out on the patio which was very clean and ready to be used. It made our stay wonderful. Beds were very comfortable clean, and we had the best sleep. Every corner is well decorated and the view of the lake was beyond expectations. we didn't use the sauna room as it was a bit cold and rainy when we were there but I can imagine it would be so nice in brighter weather. I highly recommend Christina's cottage. It is worth the drive. absolutely loved it.

Carley's home was beautiful and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen with everything and anything you might need. the hot tub was very clean and private. beautiful home.

We loved stopping the night at Jeff & Tess’s apt while passing through to Killarney It was homey, cozy, comfy bed with a wonderful stroll on the beach. But what we loved most was the offer to sit and enjoy new friendship and conversation on their porch. Thank you so much for the generous hospitality. We will definitely check in again if passing the area!

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

Such a beautifully decorated and well-appointed space for our last minute “mini-moon!” The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed, and then some. The thoughtful touches (robes, slippers, treats) were much appreciated. We loved the hot tub with the river view. Robert and Taurean were friendly and very responsive hosts! We would return in a heartbeat.

Matt and shauna were marvellous hosts!! they were extremely responsive and very kind! The house was perfect! Exactly as described, right by the water, for a great price! The cutest place with a full kitchen which was greatly appreciated! The weather wasn’t great but nothing a great book and even better view couldn’t fix! It made the perfect destination for our girls trip! 1000/10 recommend staying with them if you can!

The place is clean and cozy! Very easy to find and access. There is a beach behind it with about two minute’s walking. I definitely recommend this place.

Great place and great host, very pro active

We were 4 adults, 1 child and 1 toddler. Sarah's cottage is perfectly located - it faces the lake, which is huge, boats, life jackets, etc. are provided and the host is extremely clear in their communication. There was an unexpected issue which came up and which couldn't be rectified till after our booking ended, but I was made aware of it in advance of my trip and Sarah was very transparent in her communication, which I appreciate a lot. The cottage was just a 10 min drive from the main highway, and 15 min drive from the nearest convenience store, so it wasn't that bad. The lake was pristine with some fish in it too, and on days when it was not windy, the water was quite clear too. To top it all, the bright orange ball during sunset won our hearts. We had a great relaxing time and would recommend this to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, just about 2 hours away from GTA.

I was so happy to find Carol’s lovely, cozy, homey cottage. It has a warm, welcoming feeling the moment you step through the door. I think it’s all the beautiful hand hewn wood and stone features that give the cottage its immediate warmth. It has everything you need for a great stay. And I love being able to throw open all the windows and feel the fresh air. One of my favourite birds is the chickadee, and it’s delightful to sit and watch them come to the window feeder. Your idea of adding a hummingbird feeder is lovely. I really appreciated that Carol made sure to explain that this is not a high end, fancy place … but a quiet, serene, comfortable haven. I will definitely contemplate another visit to this welcoming little cottage that is so easy to call home for a quiet retreat. Without meeting Carol personally, I have the sense that she is a lovely, warm, caring person, who is attentive and committed to providing a welcoming and comfortable space for a quiet get away. Absolutely thrilled to stay at Sandra’s place. It was the relaxing destination we had hoped for. This property delivered as promised. Spectacular scenery, pristine accommodations and a very hospitable host. We especially enjoyed the cozy nights with the fire place on while playing a few rounds of pool. We highly recommend Sandra’s for the full tranquil experience.

Place was nice amd cosy for our family break in winter. Great toys collectiom for 2 years old, good books collection for older kids. Only downside was that it didn't have microwave which was tricky with 2 yr old especially when trying to warm up milk quickly. TV could have been bigger fpr the space but it was still good enough. Ian was very helpful and responsove during our stay, he got snow cleaned promptly during our stay.

Everything exceeded expectations! A cozy tiny home with beautiful river views and thoughtful details throughout. Kathy was responsive and made the stay seamless. Highly recommend!

Incredible property, secluded and private. Stunning views of the lake and the sun sets are incredible from the dock. Kayaks included were awesome fun and the local area had everything you needed (+friendly people!) Cassidy was quick to respond to questions and clear with instructions prior to our arrival. Book this cabin!!
