Great location! Alex was a great host, provided all the information beforehand, a very clean and well maintained house. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

We stayed at Dianna’s place while we were in Collingwood and the accommodate was even better than the photos! Her place had everything we needed and more. We only stayed a couple nights but it’s set up for long term stays as well. The location was 5 minutes from the water and a 6 minute drive to the downtown core. I would recommend this spot to anyone travelling to Collingwood.

We stayed at Dylan’s place for the weekend with 13 adults and 4 kids. There was enough rooms and beds for all of us with adequate bedding and space. The house was clean and well equipped for our weekend! Before the stay we had lots of questions and Dylan was very responsive and answered everything in a timely manner and with lots of details. He was always following up during the weekend as well. The dock is beautiful and amazing! It was a bit buggy but that’s expected near the waters. We used the kayaks and boat and had a wonderful time!

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

Tristan’s stay was amazing! From booking to checking out the entire process was seamless, not to mention the amenities in the AIRBNB were amazing - remember to bring your own toiletries but other than that - FANTASTIC stay chef’s kiss! Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. One of the most amazing views I've ever had at a cottage. So many windows that can open to let the beautiful sunshine and breeze in. Fans, AC and heat allowed for perfect temperature control.

My best friend and I were looking for a place to go for a girls getaway. We both desperately needed to relax and unwind. Devon’s place was exactly what we hoped for. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. If you need peace, are looking to rest and relax or even go someplace close to amenities but that still feels secluded Devon’s little slice of heaven is exactly the spot you need. We will definitely be booking for a future girls trip for sure! 💗 5⭐️ place!

This has been hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Dawn and Rob have truly thought of everything to make the space feel like home! They were very quick to respond to questions and had great recommendations for the area. The entire place was well stocked with everything you could think of including board games, cookware and much more. We will definitely be back!

We had a really nice time at Marias place. It's calm, cozy and has a great location. We liked the restaurant nearby and the walks at the seaside. Marias recommandations for activties we're also very helpful, espacially guests with dogs are very welcome! The communication with Maria was very good and fast because she told us everthing in advance.

A fabulous beach front location, within steps of a sandy and shallow waterfront. Tess and Jeff are great hosts and extremely helpful. The accommodation is super cosy and much bigger than expected. It had everything we needed and more! The kitchenette may be small but it is well stocked and we didn’t have any issues with cooking. The BBQ is a gas one and very good. We enjoyed eating outside on the large sized deck. Even though it’s shared with the owners, the privacy screen was ample. The beach was pretty quiet and made for a relaxing stay. We sadly didn’t get to witness any sunsets since it was a little cloudy, but you can see how amazing it would be! Thank you Tess and Jeff for your kind hospitality.

Carley's home was beautiful and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen with everything and anything you might need. the hot tub was very clean and private. beautiful home.

Myra is a lovely host and the space is beautiful. The basement unit is cool, private and well laid out. I greatly appreciated the stocked tea cupboard and the complimentary shower toiletries. The toilet paper and towels were beautifully folded and it felt like a staying in a very private hotel space. Myra was communicative, kind, quick to respond and checked in to make sure that everything was comfortable. Expectations of the space, and the check in/check out instructions were very clear. The unit was incredibly tidy and clean- clearly well loved and cared for by the host. Myra is clearly dedicated to making sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Would recommend and stay again. A great spot to land after a long day. Thank you Myra!

We had a wonderful stay with Catherine and Tom. The place was spotless and stocked with all the essentials for cooking, making it easy to feel at home. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the town dock and everything else we needed. Catherine and Tom were incredibly flexible and went out of their way to help us during some unexpected situations. They were generous, thoughtful, and always responsive to messages. Their local knowledge was invaluable, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We would highly recommend staying here! 10 out of 10!!

Great place and great host, very pro active

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, the check-in process was super easy, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the harbour. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

I could not recommend this cottage more, and I will definitely be back. It was very easy to locate and there is plenty of parking on the driveway. Inside the cottage, we found an extremely well stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Outside of the cottage, we spent most of the time on the beautiful, new dock overlooking Sparrow Lake. There were plenty of water sport toys available for us to use, the water was shallow and perfect for swimming, and we enjoyed seeing all of the float planes coming and going to the lake. In the evening, we spent time on the upper back deck overlooking the lake, where there was the bbq and hot tub. We felt right at home and cozy; I just wish I could have stayed longer! I brought along my dog who was very pleased to find cookies and a toy provided by the host. Thank you so much for hosting us and we plan to return next year! :)

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed. The resort itself was beautiful and had such a peaceful and charming atmosphere. The amenities were great and very clean. It’s an amazing place for families, especially with kids — lots of space and activities to enjoy. We’ll definitely come back again and would highly recommend it to others!

Trevor's Cabin has a breathtaking view. The cabin is really nice with a full wood panel interior, lots of large water facing windows, and is very isolated. The property was spotless. Super easy to check in with clear instructions. Trevor Replied to every message within minutes. BBQ was clean and in perfect condition. outdoor picnic table and 4 Muskoka chairs. Private dock. all in all, a perfect cottage getaway location. My wife and I will definitely be back.

Fit 8 guests perfectly, great communication and amazing location. Everything was clean and organized. 12 minutes from mount St. Louis which was perfect for our trip. Can’t recommend this place enough. Would 100% book again with Jenni!

Dave and his place were amazing! Beautiful Airbnb on the water and super spacious! The games downstairs were super fun, the nature was amazing, tons of wildlife, full kitchen amenities stocked for you to use, lots of seating etc. We had a big group and everyone was very comfortable and had so much fun! Dave was extremely nice, fast at responding, accommodating and kind! He gave us tips on fishing, supplied us with firewood and made great conversation. We came up for my birthday weekend and I had the best time! Thank you so much to Dave for our experience and we will be coming back!

My friends and I had a truly fabulous cottage experience here! The washrooms were clean and tidy, which made our stay extra comfortable. We also appreciated the entertainment options available. Even though the weather was a bit cool and the dock slightly tricky to manage, we had an amazing time using the kayaks for the first time! The host provided life jackets, which made our water adventures both safe and memorable. Another highlight was the sauna — such a relaxing and refreshing treat after a day of outdoor activities. It was our first time trying a sauna, and it was easy to use. We loved it! One more thing worth mentioning — one of my friends accidentally left her phone behind. The host and cleaning team acted quickly and efficiently, and the phone was returned the next day! Overall, we would absolutely choose this cottage again. The great location, cleanliness, well-prepared facilities, and the kind and thoughtful host made this a wonderful getaway. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful winter getaway at Woodward by the Beach! The home was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with the essentials. We especially loved the fire! The host, Kevin, was extremely responsive and even took the time to provide us with recommendations for snow tubing, tobogganing, restaurants, and cafes. The home is in a great location and there are no shortage of activities, restaurants, and shops within short driving distance. We can’t wait to come back in the summer! Thank you Kevin!
