Great location. Rooftop is a major perk. Easy check in with parking down the street. Hosts were communicative and came by to say hi and reset WiFi. Wi-Fi download speed was ~80Mbps plenty for work calls.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, right in the old town, swimming opportunities are on the doorstep. The apartment gives you the opportunity to see how people in the town live. Ivana was a great host, she gave us delicious cakes and saved the day at the end of our holiday when we had an issue with our taxi. Thank you Ivana.

It was great communication, very open to everything. Should we spontaneously need an apartment again, we will be happy to come back. Thank you for the hospitality. The accommodation is awesome.

We had a lovely family stay at Marija & Edo's place. The swimming pool and garden were a highlight and you get to enjoy it for yourself, a real treat. The garden with all the fruit & vegetables is very peaceful, and we got offered fresh produce regularly. The apartment is more spacious than the photos. The bedrooms were good sizes and the bathroom and kitchen well stocked. The hosts are very friendly and you have privacy too. We visited Rovinj, Porec, and the caves nearby. Thanks for a great stay!

A Hidden Gem in Pazin – Absolutely Perfect Stay! Staying at Nikolina’s place was an absolute dream. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful details that made us feel instantly welcome. The setting is peaceful and scenic — ideal for relaxing or exploring the beautiful Istrian countryside. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Nikolina herself and her family. She was incredibly helpful and kind — whether we needed help drying clothes, setting up the grill, or tasting her delicious homemade almond grappa, she was always there with a smile and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a quiet, charming, and heartwarming getaway, this is the place. We’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

Jens is a nice fast responding host. The house has been renovated and decorated with a lot of love and care. Delicious base to, among others, Motovun, Oprtalj, and Porec. Fantastic starting point to make beautiful trips with the racing bike with altimeters of your choice. My wife and I really enjoyed it!

Martina's apartment is very tastefully decorated and nothing is missing. The decor looks very high quality and the bed is really comfortable. A highlight is undoubtedly the large roof terrace where you can relax in the evening - when the traffic subsides. Communication with Martina was always proactive and very friendly, just like the personal greeting. A car is mandatory (parking available), but the sights and cities of Istria are all not really far away. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

We had 4 super nice days in Rovinj. This also thanks to Petra's cozy apartment! Rarely have I had a place where I completely agreed to all the criteria in the review! The apartment is really perfect for a four day stay in Rovinj. The location is super central in the middle of the old town and in the morning the sun shines through the two windows! What else could you ask for? We would mist definitely visit again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

Branka's accommodation is an absolute gem: the location is unique, right on the water and great for snorkeling, quiet surroundings, great views of the sea from the terrace. You need a car for shopping, but a pizzeria and a beach bar are a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is new and totally comfortable. There are also extras such as the gas grill and the possibility to wash laundry. Branka and her family are incredibly sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for the wonderful time at your place!

Spacious apartment with a great terrace. Mladen will wait for you at his private parking lot and take you to the apartment. He immediately carried some of the luggage. A short walk to the apartment but to get upstairs a bit of climbing. The suitcase was carried upstairs. Upstairs, you forget the stairs because of the atmosphere on the spacious and quiet terrace. Everything is available for a pleasant stay. Mladen answers the questions immediately and gives tips about restaurants and the area. We were sad to leave after a week.

Rovinj is a beautiful town on the Istrian peninsula and there is no better location to enjoy all of her charms than at Alens listing . The location is unrivalled, everything you need is literally a stones throw away. Alen puts his heart and soul into this listing, it is so much more than a holiday rental. He welcomes you with his very own wine (delicious!) and goes above and beyond in making sure you have a most memorable stay. The accomodation is immaculate, equipped with all you will need and is so very comfortable! You will not want to leave! Thank you so much for hosting us!

We felt totally comfortable right away. The hostess responded individually to us and was always there to help us, so that we felt well cared for. She also immediately took our dog into her heart. We liked our vacation very much! Robert’s place is very nice, exactly as described, the view is simply amazing and the apartment is well equipped! Robert and his wife were both very responsive and kind! We recommend his place without any doubts and looking forward to come back ourselves!

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed for three nights in the beautiful accommodation and would have liked to have stayed longer. It's a stunning view and the hot tub is the icing on the cake. We were completely satisfied! We will be happy to come back.

This place is stunning. the open windows, the view, the jacuzzi, even air conditioned. the kitchen had all the utilities to make a Carbonara at least and the place was spacious to exercise on my yoga mat and work on the laptops. This is definitiely a cute getaway. There is a bar below but the sound was also very nicely isolated. Host was super responsive, also gave us new towels etc. Private Parking is outside the common parking area, which is much easier to park.

We felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the two terraces and the good location in relation to swimming facilities, restaurants and cultural life. There's always something going on in Piran. On the weekend, we were able to experience great live music.

We had the most incredible stay at Iva and Vladimir’s place – it genuinely surpassed all our expectations. The accommodation itself was absolutely beautiful – thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt considered, and it easily stands out as the best place we’ve ever stayed in. Iva and Vladimir were the most lovely hosts – warm, down to earth, and so welcoming from the moment we arrived. They made us feel at home straight away, and their local tips added so much to our trip. As for Rovinj and the wider Istria region – even more breathtaking in person than we could have imagined. The old town’s charm, the coastline, the food, the atmosphere… it all made for an unforgettable experience. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already hoping to return. Wholeheartedly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area – you won’t find better.
