Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our Ferienhof am Hemmelsdorfer See is an almost 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Lake Hemmelsdorfer near Timmendorfer Strand. After loving detailed renovation, 6 apartments have been created in the style of terraced houses. Located on the garden side, apartment 4 can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern fully equipped combined with antique elements create an exceptional feel-good ambience.

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.
