We enjoyed staying in Julia's apartment very much. Will definitely visit again. Everything was as described. She and her manager were available to us at all times. The location is great, 100 m from the beach, 10 minutes' walk to the pedestrian zone of Timmendorf-Strand, parking at the house and in the area… Swimming pool and sauna on the 4th floor overlooking Niendorf

We stayed 5 days or 4 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable. The perfect apartment for 2 persons. Everything is very clean, right on the promenade and yet easily accessible by car and free parking right by the house. The highlight, however, is the fantastic view directly of the sea. So we can only agree with the many positive reviews - we will be happy to come back!

It was the first vacation with our little daughter and it was wonderful. The beach hut has prepared everything especially for the little one, which made us very happy. Always happy to stay at the Beachbude.

The stay at the apartment was great. The apartment itself was as written in the ad, clean, fully equipped and very nicely decorated. Sebastian was very friendly and always responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely spend our vacation here again.
