Entire two-bedroom apartment downtown on second floor. Fully furnished and recently renovated. Downstairs you'll find a cozy Scottish pub with a full menu of Scottish fare to enjoy with a kitchen that is open late. Walking distance to restaurants, Mall, LCBO, and tour train. The snowmobile trail 45 runs through the back yard approximately 150 feet from the home. Living room with a pool table. Circle driveway with plenty of room for large trailers. There’s also a 32x24 barn with a wood burning stove. This home has one small bathroom with a shower.
