This is beautiful place with everything as described Jane was very very helpful with information and directions. James husband Fred and neighbour Chris also deserve a special mention for going above and beyond helpful when we woke up to a puncture and I couldn’t change the wheel - they very kindly changed it for me. I will definitely be staying there again. The place is so peaceful with a lovely garden and even a bar in the back of the property. Thank you Jane and Fred for allowing to stay in your beautiful home.

Lovely place to recoup. Host friendly but don’t rely on his weather forecast 🤣🤣. Daughter had a floor to herself which she enjoyed.

We had a lovely long weekend as a family. Fantastic amenities in the lodge, which still felt brand new. The hot tub is brilliant and robes and slippers were a lovely touch. The site will benefit when a bit more established and an area for children to play would be great too. It was a great base to explore the local area, we will be back!

Jan's place was ideal for us and our 2 large dogs. The welcome basket was a very thoughtful gesture and the dogs enjoyed the fishy treats that Jan left for them too. we stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting to move into our own home. The back was lovely our dogs even came across a hedgehog one morning which left them very bemused. my granddaughter came to visit and has now asked Grandad to build her a little house like the one at the back of the garden 😊 the surrounding area had some lovely walks and views. unfortunately, towards the end of our stay, our older dog took poorly and passed away, at least his last few days was spent in such a lovely place. Jan was a lovely host, extremely helpful, thoughtful and friendly. we would definitely recommend Jan's place. Thankyou so much Jan xx

Alexandra communicated with me very efficiently and quickly. She met us and explained everything in the house and was very welcoming and helpful. She immediately gave our dog a bowl of water, treats and even a toy! The Alice in Wonderland themed house has so many wonderful touches, including a cake and sweets labelled "Eat me". The whole house is very well equipped and the bed was very comfy. The house is in a peaceful street and has lots of original (Victorian?) features including a secluded yard and outdoor seating area. We would thoroughly recommend Alex's house.

A modern bathroom is equipped with a sleek vanity featuring a white sink and dark cabinetry. A large mirror is mounted above the vanity, reflecting the space. Adjacent is a shower enclosed by glass, and a white toilet is positioned for convenience.

The property was as expected. It was lovely, very clean with lots of space too. Me and my family really enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay again in the future. Perfect area with everything you need just outside and the beach is a 5 minute walk away and the tram/bus stops are a 5 minute walk away too. Even though its in the heart of a busy street with shops, its actually really quite inside the property so noise was never an issue. Lovely neighborhood with friendly faces. Theres also a really great restaurant too which served the best steak pudding which was a 2 minute walk away. Had a great time overall and will be visiting again. The hosts were amazing too, they always responded quickly with answers to my questions and was very friendly.

A modern kitchen window offers an unobstructed view of the outside, featuring a small potted plant on the sill. A double sink is visible, with a dish rack nearby and glass containers holding snacks. Light streams in through the window, enhancing the bright space.
