We had a fantastic stay at Ajith's place. The place was well-maintained, and had everything mentioned in the list. It was conveniently located. Ajith was incredibly welcoming and responsive. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Check-in was smooth, and the host Akbar was very responsive, which made the process even easier. The apartment is a spacious 2BHK with attached bathrooms and air conditioning in both rooms, making it very comfortable. It’s well-suited for families, and we felt at home. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay!

Nivin sir had been very helpful and responsive since the start. The check in was very easy and smooth. Radhika mam, who helped us during the entire stay has been very cooperative and understanding. They made sure to give us a warm welcome and a great homely feeling. The stay was great, with clean and beautiful rooms, and all mentioned amenities provided. The hospitality provided was at par. We had a great time living here and looking forward to stay here. I would recommend anybody visiting here to consider this property to have an amazing and wonderful stay. Our stay at Ganesh's Airbnb was fantastic! The place was super comfy and peaceful, with the soothing sounds of nature in the mornings. Ganesh was such a friendly host, always ready to help and suggest great local spots to eat and explore. The proximity to the lake and nearby amenities made it a perfect fit for our long stay. Five stars for the views! If you are looking for a serene morning views and ocean sounds at night, this is the place. We booked the entire home with two bedrooms. It was easy to communicate with the contact and care taker, Vinod. He is at the property and is very helpful. The location of the actual home which is through a 5 star beachfront resort and requires a good 10 min walk/hike. We had kids and we did not mind walking. Place is worth the visit. Thiruvananthapuram port which is among the largest port is visible on the far right from the property but it did not bother us. I would highly recommend the property. Vinod and team served us warm breakfast in the morning. With some arrangement, you have access to the 5 star resort. We were there for the Christmas Eve and were able to attend a fancy Christmas Eve party entertainment although we did not pay for it. Vinod can explain better how they made that arrangement. Vinod arranged to take care of our four large luggage.

I was called by the host themselves even before I tried reaching them. Gave me clear instructions about the location. I was also provided with a backup number. Overall a very good experience. Nice place to stay with family and great VFM.

Location and overall experience was good. TV was not working and curtains and blinds were dusty and dirty. More dishes for cooking was needed in the kitchen.

We stayed at Vidhu's place as a last minute plan to avoid the drive back home right after a long tiring day in Trivandrum. What started as an unplanned stay turned out to be the best part of our trip. The place was absolutely beautiful and every corner of the house was picture perfect. Vidhu was very responsive and guided us through everything we needed. The care taker Stephen was also a delight to chat with. The only negative bit was not having spent longer there. A must visit, highly recommended.

It is a good stay for large family. Very good customer service. There was dust over some areas due to construction happening in the house otherwise it was all good.

Manu was a very responsive host and we loved staying at his place. The apartment is new and clean. We stayed here mainly due to the apartment’s proximity to sree chitra thirunal hospital as we were in Trivandrum for a hospital visit for my aunt. There are good food options available around the area as well.

Stayed with my family. The place is just like the photos. Had a fully functioning kitchen which was great to make a quick meal. Host checked in regularly to see if this were up to the mark. I'll book this place again
