We had the pleasure of staying at Binumon's studio apartment in the heart of Trivandrum for 3 nights, and I can't express how wonderful the experience was. Binumon truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, and I couldn't be more grateful. First and foremost, Binumon's flexibility and understanding were remarkable. We had a late check-in and a late check-out request, and he accommodated both without hesitation. His willingness to adjust to our schedule made our trip much smoother and stress-free. The studio apartment itself was nothing short of amazing. It was well-maintained, impeccably clean, and had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident throughout the space, from the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchenette. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made this stay even more special was that our family, including 2 babies and their grand mom, spent their time here with absolute comfort!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Check-in was smooth, and the host Akbar was very responsive, which made the process even easier. The apartment is a spacious 2BHK with attached bathrooms and air conditioning in both rooms, making it very comfortable. It’s well-suited for families, and we felt at home. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay!

Our first time in TVD and Binu's place was ideal for our family of 3. Location was perfect, easily accessible to most places, uber and autos are easily available and most of all helpful folks. Everyone from the caretaker to the security were very responsive and kind. An exquisitely designed and well kept home.

Mr. Suresh was very cooperative and helpful. He has guided us very well at all levels. Maintenance can be improved.

No words to describe this place! Had a wonderful long stay. Located in a peaceful location and yet very close to the main city. So many things around and very well connected with multiple food delivery options. The amenities provided are more than what was required and the place was well maintained and pristine. Will definitely come again :)

It has all the amenities listed, I enjoyed my stay, it close to restaurants, I like one of the restaurants Imperial kitchen, it is 500 meters away.

Jagan was a very friendly host and the home had everything that’s required for a wonderful and a peaceful stay . The checkin was very smooth . Apartment was fully furnished including all kitchen amenities that includes mixie and dishes too . Primary kitchen amenities were also available . His apartment also have few gym stuffs like dumbelles , yoga mat , workout ball , belt etc. tv was also logged in with full Netflix prime subscriptions which was cherry on the cake . There is ac in the bed room ,apartment also has a dedicated car park. It’s located in a place from where you can easily access lulu mall and TVM city . Every corner was thoughtfully designed, creating a space that felt both luxurious and welcoming. What truly elevated the stay, however, was the outstanding hospitality provided by Sabari. From the moment I arrived, Sabari ensured every detail was perfect—offering warm welcomes, timely assistance, and genuine care throughout my visit. His personal touch made the apartment feel less like a rental and more like a home. The space itself was pristine, well-appointed, and ideal for both short and long stays. The peaceful surroundings, combined with convenient access to the city, Thank You 🙏🙏 so much for great stay.

Overall it was a great place to live for vacation. but there were some real pros and cons about it. pros : clean property and clean bathroom, clean towel and kitchen, very near to IT campus so there were a lot of restaurants and activities nearby, centre to famous beach spots , varkala, jatayu earth center cons : no drinking water provided we have to buy on our own, road to property is under construction so inconvenience to cabs and taxis overall a great place to spend time with family or friends. recommended if okay with the cons.

Neat & clean property. To reach there is very difficult with SUV. Out of three bed rooms two are ok and one is non attached with sofa cum bed which is not comfortable to sleep.

Although the road leading to the property is narrow and steep, it was well worth the effort once we arrived. The host was very communicative and ensured a smooth check-in process. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the beach. Just plan ahead for the approach road, and you’re in for a fantastic stay!

The place is in a very calm atmosphere surrounded by greenery. Rooms and bedding including the bathroom was clean. Mr.Ananth was always available for calls and any doubts was cleared instantly.All members of the family were very friendly and treated us like a family. Ananth also helped us with reaching out to cabs whenever we asked for. Way beyond he got us yummy banana chips which he packed and bought personally . And last but not the least a very kid friendly home with Jerdy… the cutie doggie😊

Such a great stay! The room is cosy, clean and everything in working order. Edwin was responsive and helpful which made check in and finding the place easy. Close to the beach and walking distance to nice restaurant. Nice outside area to sit. The home cooked South Indian breakfasts were varied and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.
