Beachfront vacation rentals in Thessaloniki

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Houseloft White Tower Collection in Thessaloniki, and it was an unforgettable experience. The apartment’s vintage design exuded warmth and character, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. Its prime location near the White Tower allowed for easy access to the city’s vibrant attractions and dining spots. The spacious layout comfortably accommodated our group, and the host’s attention to detail ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Thessaloniki!

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To mention: In the same yard are the hosts, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same locations. Thanks for everything!

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.

Great location and views with quality luxury finishes.

First of all, the house is even more fantastic on site than in the photos. Indeed, when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the size, the beauty, but above all the cleanliness of this house. George is an exceptional owner. Too bad it's impossible to leave more than 5 stars for our opinion as it made our stay magical. Very kind and with the utmost care for his guests, it allowed us to have a great holiday in his country. We join all previous reviews that salute George's kindness. What a pleasure to have fresh treats in the morning or to be able to eat salad, coming from your vegetable garden or even to use your personal vehicle! We enjoyed the quiet of the countryside, the beautiful view of the house, but especially the fact that it is functional. EVERYTHING is provided, we felt right at home. Thanks again to George. We will come back for sure!

great place to stay for up to 2 people. excellent host that was very supportive to all the questions I had. no problem with parking, that was also great. only thing that bothered me was the planes flying over the area when the wind changed , but that only happened twice over a week. all in all, I totally recommend the place and I would book it again myself in the future.

This was truly a pearl at the coast! Thomais and her sister Maria were really really friendly and accommodating! Waking up in the morning with a sea view and breeze was so great and watching beutiful sunsets from a patio. Really great stay at the vila that had everyone for a relaxing get away. I would love to come back!

The place is very clean and spacious in the room, the outside balcony is a relaxing place to spend the day or have a drink in the evening!

A dream accommodation in a very good location. The apartment is very clean with new amenities and tastefully decorated. The terrace is magical with beautiful views and extremely quiet despite the location on Avenue de la Mer. Lazaros was very welcoming and very attentive to our questions. I highly recommend

Dimitris apartment had everything we needed. it's very close to the beach and many good restaurants and supermarket. ita also close to public transport. Dimitri was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Characterful apartment with spacious living and dining areas and comfortable sofas. Beds were comfortable. Centrally located and close to some good restaurants.

This place was great. It’s one of the best spots in town I think. After being in Greece several weeks i have to say I appreciate air conditioning that worked well. The decks were really nice for people watching. The kitchen was well enough equipped. Some of the more comfortable beds we have had in Greece (though all beds are hard in this country).

Wonderful experience right in the heart of Thessaloniki. Great host and wonderful flat with incredible view. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! We had a wonderful stay at Milens‘! A fantastic base to venture from. Milen is exceptionally kind, helpful, accommodating and really funny. Felt like we were staying over at an old friend. We really loved our time at Milens and would recommend anytime!

The beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking spots are available for multiple cars. The house is fully equipped and it is very cozy. Perfect place for a family vacation. The beach is 5 minutes away by walk. Plenty of taverna's and beach bars are accessable on foot (5 min away). The hosts, Eva and her daughter were super friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to see you next summer!

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place to stay, this is your place! I and my family were surprised at how beautiful everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and looked after. I could not find anything of fault . Perhaps the beach was not as sandy as it could have been. The water had loads of stones and we avoided it. But that did not take away from the serenity of the place.

What a gem of a place - perfect for what we needed, somewhere peaceful right by the beach with our own private pool. My four-year-old daughter absolutely loved this place and so did we, everything was clean tidy and the beds were comfortable. There’s a lovely little Greek restaurant just around the corner we ate there three times during our stay . Hopefully we can come to visit again soon and thank you for being such a great host.

We had a very nice vacation and everything was as described. However, you definitely need a car to reach the accommodation. You can also use it to explore the beautiful countryside. Absolutely recommendable!

5 stars with the value of the cabin, it was sparkling clean and fragrant. It was wonderful and a sign of hospitality that they had turned on the air conditioner because of the heat to welcome us. It's a fully equipped penthouse, even for a grill if you want, but it also has brochures to order. It also had a pharmacy and many kinds of mosquito repellents. Finally, it's very positive that you could book just one night.
