Beachfront vacation rentals in Greece

The tiny home is so so so cozy and the view is BEAUTIFUL! It is 20 steps away from the beach which we enjoyed very much. The bed is a little small so good for tiny people like us or a single person lol. Everything I left or came back it felt like stepping into a different dimension in the best way. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Best shower of my whole trip too!

Beautiful place, great for families. Lots of toys and even a potty for the kids! Cleaner came mid week which was not necessary but so great. Beach is a 3 min walk. Really need a car to get there which was fine for us! Thanks for everything.

This was certainly one of the most beautiful stays of my life. Possibly even the most beautiful. You get 24 hours of majestic views, from the blue sea to the colourful sunset to the clear stars and then even the sunrise. The sea right below the house was one ofu favourite swims. I'd advise that you get aqua shoes to enjoy it properly since there are stones. Very colourful stones, and such calm waters. The house is calm enough to feel secluded, yet a walking distance from the port and the central part of Nea Skioni. It is equipped enough for a few days stay in my opinion; I would recommend a more equipped kitchen for those who'd stay longer and additional towels (since there isn't a washing machine). The space was very clean. The decor and woodwork of the house is incredible and such high quality. Harris was also very responsive, kind and helpful. Will definitely be back to stay in this little paradise! It's not just a home, but a full experience.

Fantastic great house with a lovely terrace and a lovely view. Our two young children loved the pool. The house and location were even better than the pictures. It was a short distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and it was nice to be able to barbecue outside in the evenings. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnbs and this one was among the best, if not the best! Communication was great from the start and they also helped carry our bags up the stairs which was really nice! Words can’t express the amazing view from the balcony and Christoforos went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. There were snacks, water, and juice for us when we arrived and also daily room service. Truly outstanding!!! Thank you for everything and we hope to be back one day!

Kostas was absolutely amazing! Came to the airport and took us to the accomodation, very clean property, beautiful pool area and two steps to the beach. Amazing amazing amazing, will be back

A lovely little house overlooking Alyki. We loved the views from the terraces and the wood burning stove kept us warm during some of the colder evenings.

This was really a little bit of paradise by the sea! The views were fantastic, the whole place tranquil, perfect for some rest and relaxation. There is such a wonderful housekeeper who went out of her way to make sure we were happy, yet not intrusive. Eleni was also always communicating efficiently and effectively through Airbnb. We were slightly out of season, so the swimming pool was not in use, but that was no problem as the sea is right there and beautifully clear and warm in October! The water jetty was perfect for us to catch a taxi over to Spetses for dinner, what an experience!

We called this place "the mansion." The views are absolutely breathtaking and the accommodations pristine. The beautiful beach is across the street and the hotel nearby has an outside bar on that beach. We ended up renting a car because we could tell driving in Crete was easier than places like Mykonos and Athens. We ventured to a few places like Richtis Gorge and the downtown harbor; excellent shopping with some closed (no vehicles) streets. We wished we had more time here! Our host was very kind and also helpful in booking the car rental after our arrival. We highly recommend Villa Phi!! Thank you.

What a wonderful place to escape to. A beautiful home, amazing views, wonderful pool and hot tub. Very clean and well cared for. Saavas was incredibly helpful and friendly & accommodating. Can’t fault it at all. In fact I feel very lucky to have found these four nights as it’s booked up way in advance normally. A tiny piece of paradise. Taverna was closed next door but that just made it more peaceful (maybe noisier if open but still private) - such an interesting time of year before the season started - watching all the Greeks get everything ready for the season! Pool was cold but the hot tub was amazing and warm so was a great balance. Easter was a lovely time to visit especially as very lucky with the weather. Did get eaten alive the first night so beware of mosquitos but we found the special plugs, & were more cautious after that. Maybe it was early season, maybe the recent rain. Loved the Swallows and house martins that flew over for a period morning and evening Perfect…

It was the perfect vacation! Peace and quiet in an incredibly beautiful place. The real sweetness of doing nothing from morning till night. The place is surrounded by nature with direct access to the beach. The next village is only reachable by car - the perfect place when you want to enjoy the beauty of nature without being disturbed. The house has everything you need and the owners are very helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The heated pool was one of our favorite features — always at the perfect temperature to cool down and unwind at any time of the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. A very special thank you to our amazing hosts! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always just a message away. Every little question or request was answered within minutes — we felt truly taken care of from the very first moment. We really enjoyed this wonderfully quiet and private villa. It is beautifully styled and true to the photos. The view of the pool with lovely planting around it and then the sea in the background is simply stunning! Katerina was a welcoming and friendly host and provided a detailed list of recommendations for our stay both locally and across Zakynthos. We’ll have to visit again to get through the list! Like other guest reviews, we ended up spending more time at the villa than at beaches because of how beautiful and chilled it was. The villa is up a bit of a steep hill so you’ll benefit from hiring a car. If on foot, the supermarkets and nearest restaurants are a 10 minute walk from the property and the nearest beach is 30 minutes.

We had the most incredible stay! Hristo was fantastic and helped arrange everything. He was so kind, welcoming, took care of our transfer taxi, helped arrange a rental car, checked on us daily, and went above and beyond. The villa was spotless, stocked with welcome gifts, and had the most amazing view. We can’t wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived everything was made so easy. They organised a taxi to pick us up and a car to be delivered to the villa which took all the hassle out of travelling with children. The villa was beautiful and there was a nice little Taverna opposite and an easy drive into the town. Will def be staying again.

We loved our stay at the Lemonhouse: loved the location in a quiet hamlet by a tower, with tavernas in reasonable walking distance, plus spots for swimming in the sea only a couple of minutes away. As others have mentioned, the house is beautifully and cleverly renovated, with both a ground floor and roof terrace with views over the sea. The house is equipped with everything you could need. We didn't use the bicycles but cycling around the area looks nice.

Absolutely magical spot! We wanted a quiet traditional fishermen's cove for our first trip to the Greek Islands and this well and truly exceeded our expectations. You definitely need a car to get down the dirt track to the cove but it is well worth it. It's stunningly beautiful. You can jump in the water right in front of the accommodation. The place was spotless, plus had thought of everything - extra towels, sun chairs, yummy biscuits, local honey and some wine. The communication was so prompt . The sunset view on the balcony each night was spectacular. We adored it. Such a special location.

Niki's boat house was amazing. It felt like a luxury stay in a gorgeous secluded place . We were stunned when we walked in and saw how beautiful his place was, it's even better than the pictures. Niki gave helpful directions on where to park and how to get to the stay before we checked in. During our stay we needed extra towels and I messaged him asking where I could find some. Niki responded quickly and personally brought us more towels within the hour. We absolutely recommend staying here , you won't regret it!

We loved our 3 night stay in this unusual home. We were allowed early check in and were met by Panos who helped us get settled. We had some issues finding the home and both the host and Panos worked with us to get us where we needed to go. Vassilis's communication was great during the booking process and throughout our stay. He helped me book a car rental as well as followed up with the rental company to make sure we were taken care of. My husband who is 6 foot tall did have some minor issues making sure not to hit his head and some trouble fitting in the shower but we had read all the reviews and knew this may be the case when we booked. We spent the majority of our time at this home on the balcony laying in the chairs, sitting at the covered table eating our tzatziki and pita, and relaxing in the hot tub. We did visit two of the restaurants next to the home, the red beach, and Akrotiri museum all by foot. Recommended stay.

Costas is an incredible host, very communicative and willing to help in every possible way. His hospitality and generosity really add up to your overall experience. As for the stone house, it is the best place to have a peaceful time.

Staying at Anezina’s home was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Milos. She is such a kind, warm, and incredibly hospitable host, we immediately felt welcome and cared for. The place itself was absolutely perfect for us: quiet, peaceful, and full of charm. It had everything we needed, and the location was amazing, so close to everything while still feeling tucked away and serene. Watching the sunrise and sunset from here was unforgettable. I truly loved every moment and would 100% come back. I’ll be recommending this gem to everyone I know!!! and honestly, I would stay anywhere that Anezina would host.

We were here for 8 days in May. Very great, as in the photos. Great location and views. Close to restaurants and bars on the beach and small shops, good for walking, about 15 min. The landlord is very attentive, very helpful with any question that may arise. As a welcome, there was already a lot of food and drinks available. The house is beautifully simply decorated and modern. Very good mattresses in the beds. Garden, terraces, pool, outdoor shower. Shady parking lot. Price in the preseason acceptable to me. Due to the terrain, you should be sure-footed and pay attention to cameras, order in the outdoor area is done daily by staff.

Nikos and Mary were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Their place overlooks the beautiful bay and you can hear the sea gently lapping on the rocks. You get some great sunsets. Well equipped with a good shower. It's very close to the town by car and there's lots of restaurants and a few large supermarkets there with lots of beach bars/restaurants that have sunbeds and parasols on the beach. Great location, friendly hosts and a great place to chill and relax.
