Vacation rentals with beach access in Thessaloniki

Definitely ultra high recommend place if you want to visit Thessaloniki. Beautiful apartment with all possible things you can imagine. 10 stars from me!

Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night: I would have liked to spend more time in the apartment or on the balcony. The sea view was great. Everything was as described, cozy and we felt very welcome. The location was quiet and parking was easy. The communication with Patroklos was fantastic. We'd love to come back!

The studio is fine and clean, the terrace is big enough to place things that don't fit in the room. They supported me as I asked for a car rental in the nearby before flying to Thessaloniki. They are always very helpful.

Great location, amazing Balcony. Easy access to Metro and Promenade. Comfortable apartment to relax in in between going around the city.

The appartment was perfectly equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Georgios was an outstanding host – incredibly helpful and understanding!

We were here for the second time – and it was just perfect for a little break again. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic – the relaxation begins immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for this. Vassiliki is a wonderful host: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

Christos’ apartment in Thessaloniki is a small, clean, and tastefully decorated space. It’s just a short walk from the beautiful promenade center and close to cafes, restaurants, and grocery shops. The balcony overlooks the street and is perfect for a morning coffee. The kitchenette is basic but fine for preparing breakfast or a light meal. Parking in the building is very tight—we needed help getting the car in and ended up leaving it there for the duration, opting for public transport instead. Christos lives in the building, is very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay—I'd happily stay here again!

Having stayed at several air bnb’s in the past, this was the nicest and cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. There were more than enough resources and equipment in the flat which made the stay really easy and enjoyable. There were lots of extra touches which just felt like so much effort has been put in. The communication was fantastic and very clear. There are photos on how to enter etc sent to you and they are so easy to follow! The parking space is good but not easy if you have a big car but was manageable. Would 10000% stay here again. What a really wonderful host!

This year AirBNB is highly recommended if you’re in the Thessaloniki area The host goes above and beyond to make sure the place is clean, furnished and comfortable for your stay. it is further from downtown, close to the airport. But, it still has plenty of places to eat at in a local and quieter area of Thessaloniki.

Konstantinos was very polite and very helpful. The house is really cozy, exactly as described, very clean and offered everything required for a pleasent stay.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

Great location, very close to the beach and to the bus station. Has all you need close to the location such as stores coffee shop. The host was very represive and helpful. Recommend!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Second time at The CruiseFlat. It has absolutely the perfect location… An incredible view of the sunset every single night… And it's close to groceries, entertainment, dining, and everything is completely walkable. Close enough to the city to be in the city, but far enough out to feel removed. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's first class! Anastasia will do everything in her power to make sure everything is literally perfect. Thanks Anastasia!!!!

Spiros is a great and flexible host. The place is great for young people with lots of fun places in the area. In walking distance you can get good restaurants and bars. The place was clean. In walking distance you also have access to the waterfront and the central train station.

First time in Thessaloniki and I found the perfect place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place was great. It’s one of the best spots in town I think. After being in Greece several weeks i have to say I appreciate air conditioning that worked well. The decks were really nice for people watching. The kitchen was well enough equipped. Some of the more comfortable beds we have had in Greece (though all beds are hard in this country).

It is the second time I stay at this apartment and for sure not the last! Great location, cute apartment with nice details, it has everything you need. Georgios is a great host, responding in a few minutes and always helpful and caring! Until next time!

The apartment was an ideal home from home. Located in a beautiful neighbourhood (surrounded by amenities), and within a couple of minutes walk to the coastline, we felt like we were living amongst the locals and well away from the main tourist hub. The apartment was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The hosts responded promptly to any queries and everything ran smoothly throughout our booking. If we are ever back in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
