Waterfront vacation rentals in Terracina

Val and I had been on a walking holiday , from Sutri to Orvieto before our week at Gennaro's flat . We wanted a relaxing time and to cater for ourselves having had a week of hotels and Band B's . We also wanted to explore the area as my Dad had landed in Anzio in February 1944 and fought in the terrible battle to reach Rome . Dad was lucky, he got to go home raise a family and lived till he was 90 years old . So many were not so lucky including the Uncle of one of Val's friends who is buried in the Beachhead Cemetery . We wanted to visit his grave , pay our respects and take some pictures for his family . We achieved all these things and also had a great seaside holiday enjoying the weather and swimming in the beautiful clear water at Grotto del Nerone . Gennaro's flat is perfect having everything you could need without clutter .

Our stay went wonderfully, the hosts were very attentive, the apartment was clean and communication was simple and fast. They answered all of our questions and helped us with our requests. I highly recommend this listing, which is also extremely well located.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Our stay was just beautiful! The apartment is extremely clean, cozy and stylishly furnished. We felt right at home. The location is perfect – everything important is within walking distance and the beach is just a few meters away. We were particularly impressed by the super fast and helpful communication. My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

A very nice and quiet place to spend a few days, the view is very nice and the place is very pleasant, I would definitely stay with Luca and Agata again.

The hosts are super nice and accommodating, they transported us from the station to the accommodation and also from the accommodation to the airport. They were very nice even with the language barrier.

This place is very well equipped, quite, everything works. We found the most of what we needed (besides the usual also the kitchen utensils, detergents, cleaning utensils are there, the towels are already a bit old). The view is great, the balcony very nice. The car can be parked in the back yard. It is only a few steps to the beach. Unfortunately, there is garbage on the beach. If you take a walk to the left on the beach there is even more garbage so not very pleasant. All in all, we had a very good stay. The only thing to improve: chairs at the dining table are not very comfortable.

We were very pleased with our stay. Davide and his wife are very nice. The apartment is simple, modern and clean, you can easily walk to the beach or the city. The amenities are rather minimalist, but there is everything you need.

House perfectly responsive to the photos, very close to the sea, with a priceless view and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Self check-in and check-out is very practical. Friendly and helpful hosts. I definitely recommend staying at this property for relaxing evenings on a breathtaking terrace.

The apartment that Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

We spent a week in the house and were delighted with everything associated with our stay. Patrizia met us when we arrived by train from Rome and gave us a tour of the town to allow us to get a feel for the location of facilities such as the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The accommodation was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. Very clean and well maintained. Patrizia had thoughtfully provided fresh fruit and veg and the store cupboard was well stocked. We loved the garden area and spent many hours there. Local shops within walking distance provided for our needs and in particular the fresh fish was excellent. The beach is easily accessible and family friendly. Overall the holiday provided exactly what we had hoped for-a relaxing environment within a local community, good food and wine with a beach and town centre facilities within easy reach. Paolo drove us back to the station with our thanks and we will have no hesitation in booking the house again. Recommended .

Very nice and very clean house. Just an 8-minute walk to the sea. Gianpaolo was very nice and super helpful, he allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer for check-out and provided very useful info about Gaeta. I highly recommend it, great value for money. Thank you

The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to give you the experience, the pampering, of your home but on vacation. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sun loungers and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Cozy clean and fabulous location

Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.

Great apartment! Loved everything about it. Gianluca always responded instantly, giving us great tips and advices. There is free parking in front of the building.
