Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Loved visiting Anzio and Nettuno and staying in Stefano’s place! Short walk to the beach and into town where there is the port, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, etc. Beaches are gorgeous and the cave/tunnels and ruins were an added adventure.

Great house with 2 bathrooms, perfect for staying with friends, beautiful garden, living room with fireplace, very cozy. And absolutely quiet, we will be happy to come back.

Fabrizio is very responsive, easy to communicate with, quickly replies to messages, his apartment is perfect, clean, well located, by the water, close to all amenities, in the city of Rome, we are satisfied with our stay, I recommend it 😊

Our stay at Tizianas place was perfect! She welcomed us so friendly, even when we arrived later than expected due to a delayed plane. The apartment was spacious, very clean and we loved how quiet it was during the night. The marina view was one of our highlights every morning. You can walk to the beach, grocery stores and amazing restaurants (Tiziana gave amazing recommendations!) in a few minutes. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely recommend it!

Lorenzos apartment is in a quiet residential area in Anzio. I was there in April, I guess it could be a little busier in the summer. The sea is within walking distance. The car park is good (private), and it is a short walk to the nearest train station. It could be a good base camp for a day trip to Rome. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and very clean. You will find everything you might need for shorter and longer stays, the washing machine is a great bonus. Lorenzo is a very good host, communication works perfect. He helped with the checking-in and explained how everything works, which saved a lot of time. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Gabriella's place is great, very clean, well-maintained and decorated and equipped with a lot of love. The outdoor area is also very cozy. Two small supermarkets and some restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stop is very close. From the apartment, you have a view of the countryside, but unfortunately not of the sea. The bay nearby has been closed for years due to rockfall. All access to the sea via mostly steep footpaths. Highly recommend the boat trip to Palmarola with “il Fauno”

Cosy apartment with real fire

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Really pleasant stay in Maria's apartment, on two levels, very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need (dishes, pans, TV, napkins), and the pellet stove heats perfectly. The apartment is in a quiet area of the countryside, perfect for relaxing, and the private parking is very convenient. Maria was very kind and also told us about her Alpacas, from which she makes beautiful handicrafts

The house is very bright, the rooms are spacious and very well organized. In the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking and for the table, even the terraces are very useful and the proximity to the beach is very convenient. The highlight is the garage under the house, I highly recommend it. Antonella

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

We had a great stay in Formia! The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with reliable Wi-Fi that worked perfectly throughout our stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, great for relaxing after a day of exploring. The highlight was definitely the viev - absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping scenery of both the mountains and the ocean. The beach is within walking distance, though the return involves a bit of an uphill climb, so it's best for those who don’t mind a little exercise. That said, the tranquility and the view at the top are well worth it. We'd happily return!

Andrea and Franca's place exceeded all our expectations. It was wonderfully organized, easy to locate on the main road and a short walk from multiple bus stops and also the metro station. The apartment had everything we needed and Andrea was super proactive. Watching the sunset from the balcony while sipping a cup of tea after a long day of sightseeing was truly refreshing. I can't recommend this place enough!

Clean, bright and quiet accommodation, not far from the center of Latina, with all the comforts and even more (gym and parking space) Luca allowed us access with our Labrador dog which is a rarity. He is also always available for any need if necessary. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Luca.

Good morning! I was with my family in Roberto's apartment for a week, I have had many holidays in different places, but his apartment is really very nice: clean, tidy, attentive to every detail, kitchen furnished with everything, really wonderful! And after that, if you want to go to the sea, rest without looking for the beaches, it's really convenient, you cross the street and you're on the Lido Due beach, where you'll find wonderful people there too! Fabrizio’s Apartment was exactly what we were looking for. This property is Truly Amazing! Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you will experience. From the cleanliness to the responsiveness of this whole team, and everything in between I cannot recommend this place enough. The location is close to two train stations, an Eataly (not the same as in the US… better). Local cafés and pretty good restaurants. It is located in a semi- suburban area and the building has access control so it is safe. While, there are no cons in my experience, it’s important to share that if you’re traveling with children like me, you have to be cognizant about noises especially at night. But that can happen anywhere and I don’t see it something negative just an important detail to be aware of. I truly recommend this property for your next trip to Rome!

We enjoyed our stay in Anzio in the apartment very much. You can do anything on foot. Chiara welcomed us, she's adorable. The apartment is very clean. There's everything you need in the apartment. We would have stayed longer.
