Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

Nice, spacious house, surprisingly private. The house is a bit off the road in a small neighborhood with other houses. Locals, including Adriana (who received us), live in the other houses.

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

Spectacular farmhouse, with garden equipped with ping pong table, bbq corner, deck chairs, swimming pool. We were 10 and 2 children. We were very comfortable. common room with a large fireplace and a wood-burning oven. a rustic and beautiful estate

This place is magical! It’s even better than the pictures, it’s a little oasys of green and beauty. The house is like a cozy cottage surrounded by majestic oaks, lush green and with a gorgeous sunset! There’s lots to do in the surroundings, Vitorchiano, Villa Lante, the Moutan botanical garden and more. Federica is extremely kind and responsive, she always helped and was very flexible. We loved the place and hope to come back soon!

Perfect stay from start to finish. The villa was immaculate and the staff who checked us in were fast, considerate and friendly. They informed us of extra services that we ended up using in the end like we organised a dinner with their private chef on our last night and it was amazing. The thermal pool and sauna were TOP! Highly recommend and will book again!

We stayed for 13 nights and enjoyed every minute spending time in such a beautiful and relaxing home. Clean and tidy with so much outdoor space was just magical. Scenery was amazing and everything was true to what was advertised and described. Dror was so responsive we really appreciated that. Thank you for what was everything we had dreamed it would be. Without hesitation would recommend to anyone.

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. Our hostess, Daniel, was lovely and answered all our questions/requests. The villa is located in the heart of a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful nature reserve. The house is very beautiful and well-equipped. The homeowners left us olive oil, spices, coffee capsules etc. Also dishwasher detergent, and washing machine detergent were available. We highly recommend the place.

Manfredi was the best host possible! We truly enjoyed every second with our family. At first the location was difficult to find, but thanks to his excellent and rapid responses we could find the house easily! The house is even more beautiful in person, the photos don’t do justice to the sheer beauty of the property and the surroundings. A must visit when in the region! My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

The villa was peaceful and spacious. We felt very comfortable there for our month’s stay. It had wonderful views of Orvieto and the surrounding hills. Pia, Alessandro and Theresa were also great and very helpful.

I cannot recommend Villa Collombroso enough. We had such a wonderful 3+ week stay here with our two kids and family friends. Everyone was comfortable and at ease. We felt relaxed on the property and loved walking to see chickens. Everything was truly lovely and Taira and Gina made our experience excellent. We had a private meal cooked by Taira and did pizza making which were some of the best experiences! We enjoyed having a rental car and the access to drive into Orvieto easily but also quick day trips to Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Bolsena, and Lago Trasimeno. We used the train to get easily into Rome, Florence, and Venice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Villa Febea is the most magical place, perfect for a large family gathering and celebration. It is gorgeous, comfortable, practical and in a great location. We were given first-class treatment and felt at home and well taken care of. We were given guidance and advice on the planning of our stay over the course of many months, so when we arrived at the villa, everything fell into place perfectly. The owners offer a large selection of services and excursions and can help with just about anything. We had fantastic dinners organized for us at the villa, and we highly recommend the pasta making class followed by dinner, which was one of many highlights. We loved the place, the staff and our whole experience. A holiday and celebration to remember forever!

If you want to experience heaven on Earth, stay at this getaway in Spello. You will never open your doors onto a view like this anywhere else! The hot tub was a really nice bonus, and the house was very comfortable for our extended family. Barbara was so helpful, from planning our trip to answering questions during our stay as well as providing every amenity you could think of. We will always think fondly of our time here!

Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. We stayed for a week in Umbria with my extended family including small children and was perfect. The facilities including the pool was fantastic, the villa was secluded and quiet. It was very close to Spoleto so we took a few trips there and also to Assisi and other places. Finally the housekeeper Fabrizio was wonderful, and very attentive. We had some issues with having brought the wrong multi-plugs and he provided new ones to us within a few hours! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, with friends or family. We will definitely look to go back!

We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! We will definitely be coming again

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Very responsive to the few minor issues we had - even went so far as to pay for our lunch via bank transfer at a local Fattoria (farm) that only took bank transfer which was incredibly kind! The house is really special and secluded, epic pool and a pizza oven that was pretty special. I would recommend getting a nice big car to get there/get around in Umbria - some of the roads/tracks are pretty interesting (for a city mouse like me) but it's the price you pay to really be in nature. The kids loved the hammocks and Luca made sure we had a great time.
