L'alloggio è delizioso, molto suggestivo e confortevole, con pareti in pietra e un mix di dettagli antichi e moderni. La posizione è ottima, dà su una strada silenziosa , appena si apre la porta dell'appartamento lo scorcio sulla piazza del borghetto è incantevole, a pochi passi si può trovare un bar e un alimentari. Valerio ci ha dato le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e ha risposto solerte. Unico piccolo neo, la casa si fredda molto inverno e bisogna tenere il condizionatore ad alta temperatura più o meno fisso. Nel complesso esperienza molto gradevole e appagante, torneremo sicuramente!

This is a wonderful place with a superfriendly host! Location could not be better, it is right behind the street corner leading to the medieval quarters of Viterbo. Peaceful and cozy apartment with two balconies, not only one 😊 a large supermarket only 400 m from the apartment. Within walking distance to bus stops and train station. The apartment is perfect to a couple, small but very functional. Easy to cook food, easy to relax and just enjoy your stay in Viterbo.

Unfortunately my stay was shorter than originally planned. Marco was very accommodating with my arrival and helpful. The apartment was great and I had a great night’s sleep! I would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful AirBnB! The apartment was beyond our expectations. We loved the tall ceilings, tall doors, marble floors, and large kitchen. We are already talking about when we can come back! The location is perfect - right next door to a grocery store and restaurants and cafes. We walked to get a coffee and pastry from Dolceamaro almost every morning. Highly recommend Orvieto and this AirBnB!

Gianluca and Alessandra are wonderful hosts. Their place is so cute and spacious. We liked having the washer/dryer. They are extremely responsive and helpful. They have a variety of options for dining which were delicious. This airb/b is an outstanding choice in Orvieto.

Great place to stay within walking distance of all the major sights in Orvieto. Amazing view of the rooftops and the Duomo. Daniele was one of the best hosts we have had through AirBnB. Very responsive, very helpful and proactive. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend and we are already booking our next stay there.

Viterbo è una città incantevole e l'ospitalità di Ilia è davvero speciale! Ci ha accolto calorosamente e ci ha suggerito luoghi da visitare e suggerimenti su dove andare a cenare. Siamo state davvero molto bene nella sua casa nel centro storico, molto silenziosa e comoda. Davvero super consigliata!

Antonio è disponibile e simpatico. Ci ha dato consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Appartamento ristrutturato carino, pulito e funzionale. Ottima la posizione per visitare la Tuscia.

Monolocale molto curato nei dettagli, dotato di ogni comodità e veramente confortevole. Organizzato molto bene e ci si muove agevolmente perché comunque è spazioso anche con il letto aperto. La zona è tranquilla. Comodissimo da raggiungere dalla stazione. Claudia molto disponibile, attenta e accogliente. Ci ha fornito indicazioni chiarissime sulle caratteristiche del monolocale e sul funzionamento di TV, luci e quant'altro potesse essere necessario.

Wonderful and scenic beautiful accommodations in a peaceful and serene surroundings. Pool on our doorsteps and felt like we had it all to ourselves, there flying swifts and surrounded by nature. The apartment had everything we needed - a well equipped kitchen, nice smelling soft towels. Cristina was an amazing and friendly host, super helpful and answered any questions we had. And we had a lot. She provided us with a steamer for us to iron our clothes for a wedding we were attending for our stay. She was clear and flexible and allowed us to extend an extra night last minute. We would love to come come back and stay again. We highly recommend this place 🤍

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

La posizione è tranquilla , Lara molto gentile disponibile per le necessità e allo stesso tempo nonostante abiti nello stesso stabile ( la casa ha un entrata indipendente ) è riservata e per nulla invadente . Abbiamo alloggiato due settimane con amici e 4 bambini che hanno tutto lo spazio per divertirsi sopratutto grazie alla piscina bella grande dotata di lettini e spazio dove appoggiarsi o mangiare . Presente un barbecue che abbiamo usato un paio di volte . Nei dintorni di Terni belle cose da visitare . La descrizione della casa è corretta in ogni aspetto :camere bagni e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze . Infissi e zanzariere nuove . Insomma consigliato per chi vuole rilassarsi e godere delle bellezze dell Umbria , o del Lazio . A un ora di treno da Roma .

Oikein viihtyisä huoneisto kahdelle henkilölle. Maisema huoneiston ikkunasta ja terassilta on uskomattoman kaunis. Pihalla on myös suuri uima-allas, mutta harmiksemme olimme majoittumassa huhtikuun lopulla, niin allas ehti olla auki anoastaan yhden vuorokauden oleskelumme aikana (aukeaa vasta toukokuussa). Jos olet innokas ruuanlaittaja, niin on hyvä huomoida, että keittiössä on ruuanlaittoväleineitä aika rajoitetusti. Rita on kuitenkin erittäin auttavainen ja saimme paistinpannun käyttöömme heti kun sitä kysäisimme. Pihalla on myös viihtyisä grilliausalue yhteiskäytössä muiden majoittujien kanssa. Toivottavasti meillä on joskus mahdollisuus mennä uudestaan, jotta pääsisimme nauttimaan enemmän myös allasalueesta.
