The property is a dream for a family with children, both for its size (1ha) and its smoothness. Beach safe for children as it is shallow. The yard has, for example, a disc golf course, a volleyball court, a ball pit, paddleboards (2 pcs). The cottage accommodates 5-6 people, the sauna cottage for 2 people, a guest cottage available in the summertime that accommodates 3 people.

The apartment has a sturdy and safe loft but is not suitable for a person with reduced mobility. There's room for a large couch to relax. A great space wonder! Tampere city center about 6 km, airport about 11 km, Exhibition and Sports Center in the backyard, Nokia Arena 4.5 km. Lovely Härmälänranta about 1km. Note! The apartment is located on Toivonkuja, the map view is different because it cannot be changed
