Spotlessly clean with very helpful & prompt communication from hosts. A lift up to unit from basement carparking. Spotlessly clean, with many well thought out extras. Comfortable lounge seating & a perfect out door area. I would highly recommend it to potential guests ... travelling by car ( easy parking)... plus coming by tram or train from city ( stops & station very close). Thank you hosts Dean & Kristen

We loved staying at Louise' place! First up it was very easy to get to by car, right up to the secure underground parking with a parking space just metres from the lift making for easy unpacking. The place was delightful and one word: cosy! Cozy couch, cozy bedroom, cost bathroom towel warmers. Louise wrote the cozy brief and set the benchmark! Location is great for visiting friends in north Melbourne and close enough to the CBD while maintaining serene surrounds. So all in all perfect 5 stars for our trip! And the extra touches like supplied milk, already cooled bottle of water and thoughtful recommendations from Louise were perfect!

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

This is our favourite place when we visit Melbourne. We have stayed at Allan’s place over the last few years. It is absolutely perfect, homely and an excellent, modern unit with everything you need! Located in a perfect spot in Hawthorn East! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport. We will certainly look to stay at this AirBnB if it is available. Allan is the perfect host, he is always supportive and of assistance to make your stay welcome and memorable.

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. We’ll definitely be back!

Emily's place is as gorgeous and cozy as it looks like in the pictures if not more. I absolutely loved my stay there. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated, comfy, convenient, and thoughtfully equipped with pretty much everything you would ever need. Free parking on the street right in front of the door was super convenient. Pantry has everything we need to prepare breakfast/coffee etc. shower & hot water runs perfectly. bed was super comfy. I felt really really sad when it's time to go. Definitely recommend this place & will come back when I'm next in Melb. Thank you for everything Emily!

Perfect location if you want to get shopping and the Casino. Place was great size for an older family of 4. Nice and relaxing after a full day on your feet.

Comfortable, good value and great location.. Hannah was very responsive. Configuration is a little strange but it's spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Kitchen not super well supplied if you are looking to eat in but fine for the basics.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully decorated with a warm, stylish touch that made it feel extra special. It was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies—which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cozy, and beautifully designed home away from home!

Where to begin? The photos were exactly as described. Extremely beautiful and clean. The kitchen was all fully stocked and functional even to the smallest things like rubber bands, sandwich zip locks, foil, etc. she even had a rice cooker for our convenience. The flow of the home was well thought through, planning of space layout made sense, heating throughout the home was well distributed. Clare is such a great host, she’s so thoughtful and gave us extra time for check in and out. I am very grateful for her accepting our request to stay at their lovely and homely home. It was warm, inviting and wanted to stay at home all day but we were on a holiday so was out most of the time. Wished we had more time to stay in! Thank you Clare x

My friends and I loved spending a weekend at Kris & Carlo's peaceful retreat! We snuggled up on the couch, looking out over the treetops and listening to our crackling fire. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the autumn colours! Comfortable beds and all the comforts of home.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The place is finished to a very high standard, with stylish decor and top quality touches throughout. It was also spotlessly clean, which made it feel extra comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance to the tram, great cafes, and yoga and Pilates studios. It’s also not far from larger shops and a supermarket, which was super convenient. Parking onsite is an added bonus. Amy was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as same as picture. It’s extremely clean, close to CBD train station, and there are many restaurants around.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Dianna was wonderful! Couldn't have been better. I had a few questions and she was right there every time. The apartment was wonderful! It has everything you could need and is beautifully styled. The bed is incredibly comfortable and overall, we felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in. It is also in a fabulous area, easy for public transport walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, post office and basically everything you could want. We loved our stay here and will definitely come again. Thank you Dianna and Bob!!! Your hospitality was greatly appreciated!!!

Karen is a very nice host and being very flexible. Her communication is excellent and her apartment is nice and big enough to stay for 2 people. The carpark is also easily accessed and the visitor parking also helps a lot.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Die Wohnung ist genau das richtige, um sich von einem anstrengenden Tag zu erholen! Die Kage ist sehr ruhig, aber auch nur 20 Minuten vom Melbourne Zentrum entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man benötigt vor Ort! Ich kann das Apartment nur weiter empfehlen!

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁
