I had an occasion near the Jerry House area. It was hard to find accommodation at the last minute, but Jerry House was ready to serve guests. The room looked exactly like the one in the listing—clean and smelling good. 😄👍

Everything was great! I really liked this place — it’s close to the lake and just as described. Would stay here again.

They guided me to the building I wanted, and I was so grateful that they answered everything right away. It was nice that they prepared it even though I requested it separately.

Tuan’s apartment is an absolute gem - brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels incredibly cozy - we felt at home right away. Tuan is a model host: he responds quickly, is always helpful, and actively suggests great local experiences. The Japanese-style neighborhood is stunning and peaceful - perfect for relaxing walks. Nearby, you’ll find the Mori Onsen complex with hot springs, massage salons, a swimming pool, and a gym - everything you need to take care of both body and mind. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants around, and getting to Hanoi is very easy. Highly recommended - a solid 10/10!

Very responsive host

Hang's place was nothing short of amazing, from the check in to helping us set up our tours it was all perfect. The photos matched the place, and in my opinion it was even better than the photos. it was so comfortable and relaxing. The beds are a firmer than the average bed so do keep that in mind if you prefer soft, sink-in beds. But honestly, it was still very comfortable for me. Both hosts are truly amazing and wonderful, always responsive, helped us booked a tour to Ninh Binh which in my opinion is going above and beyond. Helped us with Taxi drivers, locsl recommendations etc We never got to try the Onsen or the pool due to a very busy schedule but it looked extremely nice and I saw people always going to it. The bathroom amenities were fully stocked, and good onsite restaurants/convenience stores, theres a Gym as well! Overall the place was amazing, and we definitely would book again! A very comfortable and cozy apartment with everything you need for life. The host is friendly, answers all questions instantly. The location of Ecopark is simply magical, there is a good infrastructure, it is convenient to walk, swans (including black ones) swim in the river, peacocks and geese walk further in the park, there are a lot of Japanese restaurants and coffee shops around. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle

The apartment is very nice and as described in the pictures. It is clean and has a very nice view. It is outside, but the E02 runs almost in front of the door. For this price, I highly recommend the apartment! We were really very, very satisfied :)

Clean, calm, pleasant space

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

This is very good quite location if you want to stay away from the old quarter noise and traffic

The apartment is located in a neighborhood with lots of greenery on the water and full of shops and restaurants. There are virtually no tourists and you feel completely immersed in Vietnamese culture. Due to the height on the 31st floor, it is quiet and the view is amazing. Diagonally opposite, you can see an old temple! Nice neighbors, conveniently arranged and very affordable!

The apartment is very nice. the shower, ac, and washing machine all work well. the view from balcony is excellent. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance and the smart city is.very walkable. there is also a nice lake across the street. the hosts are helpful and responsive. This is a great option for a long term stay.

It was assigned to a different accommodation from the photos, and the first cleaning was not good, but the response was great, so it was a comfortable trip during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!
