Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.
