North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. Perfect spot for relaxation, nature, cycling, golf, water sports and culinary delights. More information about the house can be found in the photos.

Hut/tiny house for individualists, campers, nature lovers, freedom lovers. April-Oct. Living/sleeping room with double bed (1.40 m) for 1-2 people. + sofa bed for 1-2 small children, kitchenette with freezer-fridge, microwave, toaster, induction stove (2 surfaces); 2 infrared heaters (it gets nice and warm, but we recommend slippers). Sanitary equipment: at night separate toilet at the house; 24/7: shower bath/toilet (30 m). For a fee, washer/dryer. Wi-Fi & radio. No TV. Dogs allowed by prior arrangement (!).

The house is 124 m² and has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilet, on the upper floor even with bathtub and sauna). On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. The attic invites you to play foosball or read a book. Outside, there is a furnished terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.

My wooden house is located in Kating - "Island of Peace"- near St. Peter Ording. Danish wooden houses, forest, water, Wadden Sea...On foot or take the e-bike on old dikes and paths. Stop at the old Schankwirtschaft Wilhelm Andresen and drink egg grog. Continue to Eidersperrwerk-Deutschland's largest waterworks - where guests from all over the world meet and strengthen themselves with coffee, cake and fish rolls. The 1000sqm property has a sauna house, an outdoor whirlpool for 4 people and an open fireplace in the living-dining area. Upstairs are three 15 sqm bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the ground floor there is the kitchen-living room, a separate toilet, the utility room with washing machine and freezer. From there you can access the 30 sqm south-facing terrace and the 800 sqm garden with whirlpool and sauna house.
