Brand new stylish family apartment

Our place has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in Tartu. It's particularly well suited for families with children, as we've provided a cozy play corner, children's cutlery and the surroundings of the apartment are safe and feature a fun playground. While not entirely in the city centre, it's just a 10-minutes bike ride to the heart of the town, but close-by you'll find a hiking trail next to the Emajõgi river, a community garden and a mall with cinema. Come relax at our place!

Cozy apartment near the beach and the city center

Cozy and luxurious two-room apartment (35.5m2) with a balcony, right by the Emajõgi River, less than 2km from the Tartu town hall square (walking 20-25min). Good location, a view of Emajõgi, the beach right across the street and a light traffic road. Built-in wardrobes, washer- dryer, a hair dryer and a hair straightener. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious food - refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, blender, kitchen utensils, etc. Free Wi-Fi and private parking space.

Located in an old residential neighborhood - 3 rooms on 52 square meters: open living room /kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom . Full renovation of the building was completed in May2021. The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.

Minimalistic downtown apt next to Emajõgi!

Freshly renovated downtown apartment on the 4th floor in the center of Tartu. Surrounded on one side with a green park, on the other side with the town hall square and on the third side with the river Emajõgi. Apartment itself is renovated and designed by an interior designer. Every detail in the apartment is well thought out and has a function. This is called Japandi style. If interested in buying, contact via message.

The lovliest cozy nest ever seen!

The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking.
