A nice little apartment, 20 minutes walk to the beach. There are convenience stores next door and you can easily find taxis. However, a lot of wind in the evening that slams the windows and can cause difficulty sleeping. A big favorite for the view of the city from the huge terrace. Thanks so much Sonia!

This is my favorite Airbnb in Praia! Apartment has a lot of space, great furniture, location. Absolutely no complaints and Irina is very gracious in her work, she is a very down to earth intellectual that will make sure you feel right at home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment, on the fourth floor of a secured, upmarket condominium, was very spacious and light, featuring three balconies and large windows with a fantastic view onto the hills of Praia, the parliament building, the direct neighborhood, as well as the sea. The property was located approximately 100 meters off the coast, as the crow flies, a little out of town, but yet within 20 minutes' walking distance of the main shopping street of Palmarejo. We had an own lot in the basement garage for our car. The apartment was very tidy and clean upon our arrival; the kitchen well equipped; the beds comfortable. We communicated with our host exclusively in writing, at some point being asked to top up the electricity meter inside the flat. The pool on the roof-top could do with a slightly higher wind deflector. On the day of our departure, the cleaning lady was already waiting in front of the door. Overall, we did enjoy our stay very much and recommend this place without reservation!

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation is clean, well-equipped, nicely decorated, located in a quiet and peaceful setting. The city center and beach are within walking distance. Franklin is a great person, he took the time to answer all our questions, he was very friendly and super welcoming. I highly recommend it!

Frankly my experience in Cape Verde could not have gone better, I really enjoyed the accommodation and the host was always there for us, we lacked nothing and at no time did we feel disturbed frankly I recommend it

We felt very comfortable with Madilu. The location is perfect and easily accessible. The apartment is lovingly and charmingly furnished. We particularly liked the open kitchen on the terrace. There are numerous restaurants nearby, the grocery stores are easily accessible and the sea is at your doorstep. Cidade Velha is a special place as well as Madilu's place. We'll be sure to recommend

My mother and I were guests at Tété and her family's house for two weeks - with an island-hopping break in between. We actually wanted to stay in the separate flat on the ground floor. But as this was not possible, we stayed in the two guest rooms in the family home. And I have to say that looking back it was a great added value. By living with Tété and her family, we learnt and experienced a lot that would otherwise have remained hidden from us. Not just the discovery of our new culinary highlight: "bissap" (hibiscus flowers) as juice and jam for breakfast (delicious!) - if you want to get close to Cabo Verde, its people and its culture, Casa Tété with all its family members is the right place for you! Tété was very attentive and helpful the whole time and shared a lot of her extensive knowledge and experience with us. She is the engine, the heart and the soul of this Airbnb! We arrived late at night. The host has set up a transfer, as well as access to the accommodation: excellent! We spent a "transfer" night there and it was really nice. The bedding is hard but pleasantly comfortable! Recommended for a night or two! ✨ 2 minutes from the airport.

Hanspeter was a accommodating host and we are grateful for his energetic organizational support ahead of our trip. The bungalows are very nicely decorated and extremely clean. They are located on the outskirts of the village, it is only a few minutes walk to the beach and there is a little more peace in the evening than in the village center. If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility paired with warm climate, Maio and Hanspeter will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed the quiet stay at Dinohelders place in the hills of Santiago. The house has a very tasty interior design and we felt at home from the beginning. The garden is beautiful with all the plants and the pergola is beautiful. People living around the area are super helpful and friendly. You'll see all kinds of farm animals around the property. There are nice hiking opportunities available right from the house. Thanks again for letting us stay at this beautiful place.

Very nice accommodation, well located and very clean on the beautiful island of Maio. We arrived at 9am and were able to directly access the accommodation with transportation included from the port. The infinity pool is very well maintained and allows you to perfectly contemplate the sunset. Access to a private beach is also present and allows extreme tranquility.

Initially I was supposed to stay with my father for only 3 days but I, personally ended up staying additional 2 days. Jorge, Sofia's father was super helpful by helping with the check-in, the comute to the city center and Praia, provided very good restaurante recommendation. Sofia during these days despite of the distance was always very communicative. Lovely family, loverly house, lovely moment. I totally recommend this house for someone that is looking for peace and quiet.
