Un joli petit appartement, 20 minutes à pied pour se rendre à la plage. Il y a des supérettes à côté et on peut trouver facilement des taxis. Cependant, beaucoup de vent le soir qui fait claquer les vitres et peut causer des difficultés pour dormir. Gros coup de cœur pour la vue sur la ville depuis l'immense terrasse. This is my favorite Airbnb in Praia! Apartment has a lot of space, great furniture, location. Absolutely no complaints and Irina is very gracious in her work, she is a very down to earth intellectual that will make sure you feel right at home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment, on the fourth floor of a secured, upmarket condominium, was very spacious and light, featuring three balconies and large windows with a fantastic view onto the hills of Praia, the parliament building, the direct neighborhood, as well as the sea. The property was located approximately 100 meters off the coast, as the crow flies, a little out of town, but yet within 20 minutes' walking distance of the main shopping street of Palmarejo. We had an own lot in the basement garage for our car. The apartment was very tidy and clean upon our arrival; the kitchen well equipped; the beds comfortable. We communicated with our host exclusively in writing, at some point being asked to top up the electricity meter inside the flat. The pool on the roof-top could do with a slightly higher wind deflector. On the day of our departure, the cleaning lady was already waiting in front of the door. Overall, we did enjoy our stay very much and recommend this place without reservation!

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

Franchement mon expérience au Cap-Vert ne pouvais pas mieux se passer , j’ai beaucoup apprécier le logement et l’hôte toujours là pour nous , il nous a manquée de rien et à aucun moment on s’est senti déranger franchement je recommande

Wir haben uns bei Madilu sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und charmant eingerichtet. Die offene Küche auf der Terrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, die Lebensmittelläden sind gut erreichbar und das Meer ist vor der Haustür. Cidade Velha ist ein besonder Ort sowie auch die Unterkunft von Madilu. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter

My mother and I were guests at Tété and her family's house for two weeks - with an island-hopping break in between. We actually wanted to stay in the separate flat on the ground floor. But as this was not possible, we stayed in the two guest rooms in the family home. And I have to say that looking back it was a great added value. By living with Tété and her family, we learnt and experienced a lot that would otherwise have remained hidden from us. Not just the discovery of our new culinary highlight: "bissap" (hibiscus flowers) as juice and jam for breakfast (delicious!) - if you want to get close to Cabo Verde, its people and its culture, Casa Tété with all its family members is the right place for you! Tété was very attentive and helpful the whole time and shared a lot of her extensive knowledge and experience with us. She is the engine, the heart and the soul of this Airbnb! Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit. L’hôte a mis en place un transfert, ainsi que l’accès au logement : au top! Nous y avons passé une nuit de « transfert » et c’était vraiment agréable. La literie est dure mais agréablement confortable ! Je recommande pour une nuit ou deux! ✨ à 2 min de l’aéroport

J'étais logé dans une chambre avec terrasse et seule dans une grande maison avec un accès à la salle de bain et a la cuisine ! La maison et situé dans un quartier calme ! La rue principale est a 2min a pied ou vous trouverez pas mal de restaurants, des mercado (supérette) ! Il est a même pas 10min de la place principale avec aussi d'autres choix de restaurants ou activités pour enfants ! 10 min en voiture de la plage Kebra ou ils y'a un centre commercial ! Nilsa et son mari mon très bien accueilli et son très réactif ! Encore merci pour la réservation ! A bientôt !

We enjoyed the quiet stay at Dinohelders place in the hills of Santiago. The house has a very tasty interior design and we felt at home from the beginning. The garden is beautiful with all the plants and the pergola is beautiful. People living around the area are super helpful and friendly. You'll see all kinds of farm animals around the property. There are nice hiking opportunities available right from the house. Thanks again for letting us stay at this beautiful place.

Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, disponible, et réactif. De plus, il parle bien le français et saura vous conseiller. Le resto est ouvert tous les jours et propose de très bons plats, à des prix abordables. On ne peut que recommander Big Lanche et Roberto ! Et quand les travaux de la route seront terminés, ce sera encore plus rapide d'y accéder.

Initially I was supposed to stay with my father for only 3 days but I, personally ended up staying additional 2 days. Jorge, Sofia's father was super helpful by helping with the check-in, the comute to the city center and Praia, provided very good restaurante recommendation. Sofia during these days despite of the distance was always very communicative. Lovely family, loverly house, lovely moment. I totally recommend this house for someone that is looking for peace and quiet.

Spacious, comfortable, very friendly host, willingly to go extra miles to make sure the guests feel comfortable. Amenities all within reach.

Adoramos o Local, bem calmo e tranquilo, estavamos a precisar de algo assim para comemorar o aniversário de Casamento, e foi tudo mágico adoramos. Um local excelente para quem procura relaxar e privacidade. O atendimento foi Impecável.

The communication with the host went perfectly, he even accommodated with some changes we needed to do. Location is quite nice if you wanna stay in a more silence residential area but still quite close to the city by taxi. Apartment was nicely clean and very comfortable with everything needed. Fully recommended!
