Our stay at Jean’s Airbnb was truly unforgettable, filled with warmth and tranquility. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality and the serene beauty of the surroundings. The property was a peaceful haven, offering the perfect escape from the daily grind. What truly made our stay special were the thoughtful touches, like the lovely bottle of wine, wheaten bread and biscuits waiting for us upon arrival, and the ample supply of wood for the the outdoor firepit. Jean's excellent communication made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we wholeheartedly recommend Jean’s Airbnb.
A bright living area features a comfortable dark sofa with decorative cushions, a small ottoman, and a large wall-mounted TV. Natural light floods in through glass doors that open to a scenic view of greenery. A small table holds a flower arrangement, adding a touch of warmth.

Very peaceful countryside stay; felt at home. Hidden gem in Clare county, and easy to get to major attractions with the bonus of a peaceful stay. Have been traveling the WAW for a number of years and would say Jake and Bernie’s place is right at the top of my places to stay.

Steve's place is about 3km outside Listowel on a peaceful country lane surrounded by open fields. The apartment was spotless spacious and comfortable. Steve greeted me on arrival and was prompt in responding to messages. Great spot for cycling. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s beautiful and cozy cottage. The cottage was incredibly charming, with a lovely fireplace that made our evenings so relaxing, and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen where we enjoyed cooking together. Helen was an amazing host — she welcomed us so warmly and even gave us a personal tour of the town, which made us feel right at home from the very beginning. Her hospitality truly made our stay very special. We would absolutely love to come back and can’t recommend this place enough!

The Still Retreat

Mary and Tim were nothing short of amazing. They were such nice people. They went out of their way to welcome you and make you feel comfortable. The unit was private and quiet. They did such a great job decorating and putting this suave together. We truly enjoyed the amenities. In closing we will find it difficult to visit Ireland again and not spend time here.
