It is certainly among the best stays I have ever made through the app. The host was very attentive, very communicative, helpful, attentive and polite. We brought an iron, but the voltage in Porto Seguro is 220, and the host (with all her goodwill) provided us with an iron. The place was spotless, very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We stayed for five days and the stay at the house was extremely pleasant! Renata always assisted us immediately and gave us local tips. The house was extremely clean and everything was very new, all the utensils we needed were at hand and the common areas such as the swimming pool and gourmet area were impeccable. All rooms are air-conditioned, even the living room, which made the experience even more enjoyable! We'll be back for sure!! The house perfectly accommodated our group of five.

We're all in love with the place, it's beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. The stay was excellent, we will be back for sure. Tip: It pays more to rent a car to have a 10/10 experience, the location is a little far from the center of Arraial to walk.

The place is wonderful, the park, the pool area, at night as it is lit up, it is beautiful, the house has everything, it is very comfortable, it has all the appliances you can imagine, full kitchen, the room at the top, it is spacious and with a good view (a little uncomfortable the bathroom downstairs) but it is worth it, 100 meters from the beach and at the touch of the vans that take you to the raft or to the center, in conclusion I recommend it without any doubt

Very good, clean and organized place, as described in the listing. The photos are real of the location. Very close to the beach, you can walk there easily. We arrived at 5 a.m. and were very well received. Very good, without much bureaucracy. I recommend it!

The house is great, it accommodates 6 people very well. There are rules for using the pool, but everything is very quiet and well explained. The place is excellent, with a great location. We had a stay without a setback. The owners are extremely attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Karolina's apartment is great. It has everything for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Karolina is great and very quick to respond to us and to solve problems. We had a little problem in one of the bathrooms and Karolina responded and resolved it right away. Thank you very much also to the caretaker, always very quick and polite.

The stay was perfect! The lawn is impeccable, the house is right on the sand. The beach is beautiful and calm. A tent was placed on the sand to protect us from the sun, kayak for a ride, lounge chair, beach chair, bath towels, freezer near the beach. Bed and breakfast experience with Airbnb, very good! And there's still Kratos to play with!

The Condominium is located near the beach and restaurants very private, so you can walk to them. Modern house with all the amenities, comfortable living space & beautiful kitchen. The day I confirmed the reservation, Renise already made contact. The house was released as soon as the cleaning was finished, as we arrived early in Porto Seguro. When we arrived, I received very clear instructions to pick up the keys and gate control. The house was super clean and organized. Clean and organized refrigerator and cabinets. Beds with clean linens and towels as well. Oh, and despite having air conditioning, the house is super ventilated and with daylight radiating into all the rooms. I felt at home.

My experience in the stay was just amazing! The location is excellent, with easy access to beaches, bars and all local shops — all close by, which made our tours much easier. The location is super safe, with an electronic gate and properly identified access, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the trip. The apartment is complete, well organized and super functional. A special highlight is the washing machine, which made all the difference: we managed to get back from the trip with everything clean and organized! In addition, the water temperature, both in the showers and in the pool, was always pleasant, providing comfort in moments of rest. And the air-conditioning cooling down nicely was a wonderful relief after the hot beach days. The host also deserves praise: always very attentive, provided all the necessary guidance and was available whenever we needed it. Certainly, a stay that exceeded expectations!!!!!
