The flat is very well located, has a very close market, you can go to the beach walking, just cross a small bridge and walk to the beach I was with a 1-year-old baby and we were able to do everything on foot. We had a great time staying at the apartment. The owner Bruna always answers questions and requests, very responsive, and set up a great space to receive guests, thinking about the small details. Lucineide, the person responsible for the reception and organization of the place, is very kind, helpful and welcoming. Apartment, brand new, complete, clean, smells good, has utensils, appliances, furniture, all new. I found the sheets, towels and blankets available to be excellent. The washing machine is super useful. The condominium has few apartments, some occupied by owners, so the barbecue and the pool we use every day are always unoccupied. Very peaceful, quiet. Beautiful ocean view, close to snacks and a market. Distance from the nearest beach, by car, 5 minutes. We will return to Porto Seguro, and we would certainly stay in that same apartment!!! Great experience, I had never made a reservation around here , I was a little scared but Jucarlos reassured me, about the house I don't have what to say I was from 02/28/2025/ until 03/05/2025 , when I arrived I was amazed at the cleaning and organization I was very well served the house is much better than in the photos , shower, air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue everything working perfectly, great beds, the best that car is in the garage and we went to the most famous places of Porto Seguro Everything. The only downside is that I had to come away kkkkkk, but I already want to schedule a new date to return 🙏🏾👏🏾

We had a wonderful stay in this house! We stayed for 10 days as a family, including our dogs, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The house is super cozy, well-equipped and exactly as described in the listing. All the rooms were very clean and organized when we arrived, which made us feel at home from the first moment. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, the rooms are comfortable and the outdoor area was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing and playing with pets. Speaking of which, the place is very pet-friendly, which made all the difference for us. Our dogs were super comfortable and safe throughout the stay. It's hard to find places that really welcome animals, and here we feel that care. The location is also excellent: quiet, safe and close to everything we needed. And the host Alexandre was always very attentive, responding quickly to messages

The chalet is exactly the same as in the pictures, or even better. The condominium is quiet and quiet, with a wonderful pool, providing a perfect environment to relax. Arraial Dajuda is a fascinating beach town. Lively at night and beautiful beaches to enjoy during the day. This was an place and host ! We requested an early check in and were accommodated and greeted with a homemade cake and coffee. The spacious house is close by the main city center located in a small gated community and it felt extremely safe and it’s only a short walk to the beach. Due to construction in front of the house we could not access it easier (I do recommend that for future guests it is disclosed that the easy beach access is no longer available) but the walk to the beach is super easy. There is a tiny river that runs behind the house that naturally attracts mosquitoes so it’s recommended that you get bug repellent. The price was right for the stay! Will definitely return

We like the house very much, especially for the location. It's a short time from the center, it's very quick to get there by car or van. In addition, the condominium is right on the sand and it is easy to enjoy the beach at any time. In the house we found everything we needed, Graziella treated us very well, she was attentive to our needs. We have nothing to complain about and in a possible return to Arraial, I would stay in the house again.

We took a family trip and were surprised by the place, the cleanliness, the infrastructure, the education of the employees, the location, etc... The place is well ventilated, impeccable bathroom, excellent beds and mattresses... We like it very much and intend to return, as soon as possible. The structure of the condominium/hotel is a show apart, which made the stay even more pleasant. Congratulations!!

The apartment is in an excellent and safe location, close to the beach and downtown, and you can do everything on foot. It's equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and even has everything for cooking. Only a few supplies such as oil, coffee, sugar, etc. are missing.
