We stayed for five days and the stay at the house was extremely pleasant! Renata always assisted us immediately and gave us local tips. The house was extremely clean and everything was very new, all the utensils we needed were at hand and the common areas such as the swimming pool and gourmet area were impeccable. All rooms are air-conditioned, even the living room, which made the experience even more enjoyable! We'll be back for sure!! The house perfectly accommodated our group of five.

We're all in love with the place, it's beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. The stay was excellent, we will be back for sure. Tip: It pays more to rent a car to have a 10/10 experience, the location is a little far from the center of Arraial to walk.

The house faithfully matches the listing description. However, access to the house is through a very bad access street, with uneven terrain, a very steep slope and that is very dangerous if it is wet. If you are with children or the elderly (my case), I do not recommend lodging.

The stay was perfect. The house is beautiful and well located, we went to the alcohol walkway on foot because the surroundings have a lot of shops. The balcony with barbecue is very pleasant, the showers heat up well and the air conditioners work beautifully. I'll just leave a suggestion: the shower valve is a little bad at closing, which makes water drip if you don't squeeze it very hard... it's a suggestion just so we don't waste water unnecessarily hahaha but it didn't affect the stay at all, which was wonderful.
