This romantic summerhouse is located in the first row to the beautiful Swedish archipelago on the cliff island of Orust. With a view of the calm sea and with its own jetty, it is difficult to find a more idyllic location. The house is completely renovated with a large, luxurious bathroom and a large wooden terrace. Everything is in perfect condition. Here you will stay out in the middle of nature, only surrounded by the forest and the sea. Grab a bottle of wine and the one you love under your arm. It's hard not to fall in love - both instead and with each other.

The cabin is located by itself, right by the water's edge and with a road all the way up. About 20 minutes by car to Ed. The cabin is newly renovated from 2023 and has everything to do for a break from everyday life. Great outdoor areas, and glazed outdoor area. Guests are free to use the two canoes and sup boards that are in the cabin. There is running water for shower, toilet and dishwasher. Water for drinking and cooking has to be brought.

Lillstugan is an excellent starting point for excursions with proximity to salty swimming, scenic hiking trails, golf games and teeming small fishing communities such as Fjällbacka and Grebbestad. On the property, there are animals such as hens, roosters, horses, pigs, sheep, cats and dogs.
