Your 2 room place is independent at one end of my home. It is in a peaceful culdesac only mins from beautiful Kirra and Coolangatta beaches. A hideaway with solar heated pool, ample car space, canal views and west facing afternoon sunsets. Shops and restaurants nearby. A new kitchenette and washing machine is also included… as is a microwave, wok, toaster, and kettle. I also provide breakfast cereal, tea/coffee , milk, bread and spreads. IGA and Scales (fish and chips) close. Note house rules .

We really enjoyed our stay in Varsity Lakes! The house was spacious, clean and was a great place for us to stay while we were on the Gold Coast to participate in the Gold Coast running festival. It's only a short drive to a number of restaurants, cafes etc. and also not far from Burleigh Heads, so a good location to make the most of our stay. Larissa was a great host! very responsive and clear on messages. Check in and out was super easy, and we were even able to bring our little dog along with us, which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place if staying on the Gold Coast!

Fabulous!!! This would have to be one of the nicest and best value places we’ve stayed. Being Airbnb hosts ourselves there are certain things that we appreciate-the little extras like lovely bathroom products, lots of complimentary biscuits and teas/coffees to choose from. Christopher's place was great. Such a handy location to everything. It was clean, comfortable but most importantly for us it was super dog friendly. There was a lovely private grassed area out the front with a kennel and shade. We could go out knowing she was very safe in the yard. Christopher lives next door, but certainly does not encroach on your privacy...unless you want to have a chat, hes super friendly and very obliging. We would've stayed longer had we been more organised. I'd definitely stay again if the need ever arose 🙂

The location was perfect, close to malls, restaurants, tram and bus stations. The amenities provided were amazing and the place was clean. Communication with the hosts was clear and they were proactive, the check in instructions were straightforward.
