We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. The bed was very comfortable. The shades made sleeping very easy. The neighborhood was very upscale. We will be back again when our grandson graduates. Thanks Peter!

Kim’s place is on our favorites list. We loved staying by the quiet lake. We jumped off the dock every morning when we stayed :) it was a perfect spot for a weekend (we went to a concert at remlinger farms) and yes, the interior is outdated but we believe that’s the charm of the house! The bed was very comfy and the clawfoot bathtub was a really cool addition! It was pretty spacious too. We would totally stay again if we go back to Washington! The only small downside is there isn’t a full kitchen (which is noted) because we love to cook our own meals. But honestly it wasn’t a huge problem for our weekend stay cause there are restaurants/groceries 15 min drive away. Thanks for an awesome stay, Kim!

My husband and I had a great 3 night stay at Kathryn and Tom’s place. The space was very comfortable for 2 adults. We enjoyed having a private entrance via the garage and access to laundry. The space was clean and well stocked with household items you may need during your stay. The location was great - safe, walkable, and easy access to downtown and other parts of Seattle. We appreciated the dedicated parking space out front. Communication was easy, clear, and quick. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Seattle!

This home is an absolute gem, do not pass up the opportunity to book here. Tranquility abounds in this neighborhood, and you can see the sparkle on the water and water fowl from your bed, or watch from the hot tub! My partner and I loved this place, not only for the natural beauty surrounding, but found the amenities and the home to be super clean, thoughtful and welcoming. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, super comfortable pillows and linens. To preface - we both have slightly different sleep - preferences and found we both had incredible sleep here. The hosts were so kind to text us when a pod of orca whales were out front - what a dream! Their recommendations were excellent and I highly suggest checking out Via Rosa 11 if you can, and walking Grand Forest ( on their list ).

Karen’s garden cottage was beautiful! It was private and had everything we needed. She was friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. We loved the vintage touches and overall feel of the neighborhood. It’s about a 35 minute walk to downtown Ballard which I did a few times. It’s an easy stroll if you don’t have a car. 10 out of 10 recommend. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Staying with Linda is always an easy, satisfying, and fun experience. Being on the road is never easy, especially if you’re dealing with more difficult situations, and having a place that is comfortable and feels like home to stay is essential. That’s what Linda provides.

Shannon’s place is clean, cozy and private. Flexible on arrival time with self check in and out. Shannon is very responsive and proactive on giving clear instructions.

Hillary’s cottage was adorable! Unfortunately, we really only used the place to sleep as we had a very abbreviated amount of time in Seattle and wanted to explore as much as we could. If we’d needed to cook or spend some down time, the cottage was perfectly outfitted for our needs with a toddler (and decorated so cute!) Everything was very clean. It was easy to get to, and conveniently located between the Seattle city center and the airport. We would stay again!

Nathan’s place was spacious, stylish, and peaceful. It was wonderful to soak in the private hot tub every night. It was a really nice touch to offer all the amenities for the hot tub too: beach towels, robes, and slippers. I appreciated being able to park in carport with the door to the suite just feet away, it made loading and unloading your belongings so convenient. Highly recommended! 🙂

This was an excellent stay for me. Very easy to get to off the Link and close to some really great restaurants and bars in Columbia City. Getting into downtown was a breeze as well. The room and bathroom were spotless and well kept. Absolutely would book again when I am in Seattle. Thank you!!

Great place to land for a quick graduation weekend. Amazing neighborhood with some of the best coffee and bakeries nearby. The place is clean and cozy and well appointed. Better suited for a couple with young kids over four adults. The second bedroom is the sitting room with pullout couch which when compared to the great big king may feel a bit inequitable unless your kids are teens or younger like ours. J and J were kind enough to make the pullout bed for us given a late arrival. Lots of personal recommendations too which I really appreciated. Super friendly and warm interactions and felt like someone’s home loaded with amazing books. Don’t plan on cooking big meals or freezing anything. But never fear, great ice cream down the street!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location close to the beach and parks was amazing. The kitchen and the bathroom were well equipped. Would consider coming back for sure.

Cozy and very clean! Very peaceful surroundings. Kitchen is well equipped. Linens, towels, and bath supplies are also very good. The only issue I encountered was accessing the laundry room. They charge $10 for laundry access if your stay is short. Mentioning that upfront will be helpful.

I needed an affordable place to stay for one night outside of Seattle and this was perfect! It was quiet, clean and spacious. Laura was a great and responsive host. I appreciated the privacy of it and the beautiful neighborhood. I definitely plan on coming back next time I need a place to stay!

Shiyi was an incredible host and she made myself and my family feel so welcome. Her Airbnb has the most magic valley ocean view. My kids really enjoyed the local deer and bunnies! Shiyi was very attentive to our needs and went out of her way to help us. Thank you for all your support Shiyi!

Super quaint! Was able to feel privacy even when sleeping in the next room over from my hosts. Hope to come back next time I’m in town!

The bed was extremely comfortable. The snacks in the drawer were definitely a bonus. Overall a very comfortable stay! I Will be back for sure!

Silvia’s place really should be a rare find, with 10 stars out of 5! I’ve never had such a great host, she is so sweet, and kinda. She was very attentive and that made our trip 10x better. We probably would have been pretty bored between graduation plans if not for all her incredible suggestions! Also, you can’t beat where this pace is. Traffic in Washington is something else but we were easily able to get around from this location and it’s beautiful! We took many walks and made many memories just in the area the home was in because it was so beautiful and nice! With my oldest being in Washington now, I think we will be back and know exactly where to stay! Thank you so much for your accommodations! We really enjoyed your place! 😍

This place isn’t a 5 star hotel, but for the low price you pay, it’s the absolute best thing you can possibly get. Cheaper than even a 2 star hotel would’ve been for a 5 night stay and it was peaceful and quiet, and much cleaner than any hotel could be. The WiFi’s also faster than probably 3/4 of hotels out there (I was hitting 200mbps at times). Host was responsive and helpful, and I had no issues with my stay whatsoever. Free chicken: there’s a lovely little convenience store/coffee shop just a 3/4 min walk down the street and everyone there is very friendly! Stop by there if you stay here! 10/10 highly recommend.
