Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, set amongst 115 acres of a David Bellamy awarded park in the rural heart of Northamptonshire. The park itself boasts lakes and walks, fishing, outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), The Pine Trees Bar and Kitchen overlooking the lakes, serving food all day (including breakfast) and live entertainment at the weekends. At the top of the park you can find a well stocked shop, laundrette, hair dressers, an all weather tennis and bowls courts.

Small double bed, sofa and chair. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. New en-suite shower. Good transport links, lots of parks, and lakes, garden which you share with owner, I have 2 friendly Shih-Tzu dogs which do not enter the annex.

Beautifully restored stone barn in a lovely Northamptonshire village. Orlingbury has been named as one of Northamptonshires top village gems. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.

A really cosy and comfortable annex en suite room. Access to the kitchen and beautiful garden and so quiet. I didn't meet the hosts but clear instructions were left to gain access. I would happily book again

Frank was lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately, due to my work commitments, I didn't have much time to catch up properly. Hopefully, I get more time on my end in the future. The parking has been a bit of a hit and miss, just like what Frank's had mentioned. But you will eventually get one, but it's a bit of a gamble. Overall, 100% recommended!

This accommodation was spotless, well thought out and has beautiful views. It is next to a road which was a cause for concern to start with but we found that it was very quiet overnight and we had a good night's sleep.
