Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Symonds Yat

A great house in a very central location. So convenient for everything. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

My old school friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jessie’s wonderful home. The house is quirky, in a good way with a lovely bathroom & kitchen. All bedrooms have amazing views. As the house is lived in by Jessie, there are personal possessions throughout the property which didn’t bother us at all, as we are used to this in other Airbnb properties. I would not recommend the garden for children as it is uneven in places with a drop below. The house is around 17 minutes drive to Symmonds Yat which is so beautiful for walking. The description is very accurate and was just what we were looking for. We definitely recommend a visit. Thank you Jessie

Raglan lodge was everything we expected our host Andrea and Martin were lovely and took time to have a chat the lodge is surrounded by trees and very private and peaceful Andrea and Martin left a welcome pack some Welsh cakes which we enjoyed milk was left in the fridge too Raglan castle was a 5 min drive from the lodge and Tesco express was a minute up the road which was always well stocked we loved our little breakaway and we would love to book again thank you Andrea and Martin you were the perfect hosts

It was a lovely and relaxing stay. The house has an amazing bathroom And outdoor eating space. We were lucky with the weather and visited Puzzlewood Forest and the art studio next door. Very nice getaway!

It’s a beautiful house with a character. It is as nice to read the history of the place . House has been maintained well. Great for families. Would definitely visit again probably for few more days next time .

saddlery cottage was a beautiful place to stay, lovely peaceful surroundings and very homely comfortable cottage. Sally was a great host and gave us lots of helpful information on the surrounding area and things to do and see. My family had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it, we will definitely stay again

Wonderful cottage for our weekend away from London! Jon was friendly and very responsive, and and we loved Jon’s place - absolutely beautiful and supremely comfortable. Jon even supplied some drinks, sweets and milk/coffee for us to use! Definitely will consider again for future weekends away.

Helen's flat is very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished and the kitchen table has a stunning view over Hereford (many games of cribbage played with glasses of wine!). The kitchen has everything needed to produce a meal and Helen kindly left milk, breakfast goods etc in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable, with extra linen if you needed. The HUGE shower was a real luxury. The relaxing spacious sitting room has a woodburner stove if needed (sadly we could not justify lighting it in June 😆). This is a perfect base for travelling around the beautiful surrounding areas, or to just chill out and relax (WiFi very good). 10/10 🤗

Amazing location in Clifton, in the heart of Clifton. village. The flat was so quiet and peaceful at night, it was perfect!

An exceptional apartment with everything you may need for a short stay in Cheltenham. Suzanne thoughtfully left a welcome basket of goodies which was a very sweet touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely idyllic space. Views superb. Access to double bed is a ladder so might not suit everyone. We loved it.

Really lovely little flat in a beautiful location - gorgeous views. The place had everything we needed, comfy bed and great shower. Elizabeth was very friendly and responsive too when we had any questions. Really lovely stay in the Welsh countryside!

Lovely stay at this Airbnb, would recommend. Used as a base to visit friends. Peaceful neighbourhood and walkable to things of interest. Bed very comfy and Julian was a great host!

Although the place was harder to find than what we expected, we greatly enjoyed Richard's studio. It is clean, tidy and everything you need is in there. Richard makes sure his guests are very well cared for, and we especially appreciated the in person greetings and small attentions like fresh milk, eggs and homemade bread waiting for us.

I have to come clean - I am an enthusiast of Penarth, the architecture of the town, the community feel, and everything about the place. Sarah's place, being among the oldest houses in the town, was a must for all the things I was looking for. Sarah herself is friendly and has clearly put a lot of herself into the house. My journey time to Penarth could have been subject to delays, being more than 500 miles... but we had good communication and met up without difficulty at the house. All in all, the house was cosy and well appointed. It also was a great base for strolling into Penarth Town centre and even, across the barrage, to Butetown and even Cardiff. I would thoroughly recommend Sara's house for your stay.

I visited with a family of 9. It was a lovely place, we all felt right at home. Everything was well described in the listing and even better in real than the photos. I highly recommend Simon’s place If you wish to explore Cardiff and surrounding areas. It is a convenient location to station yourself in the city. We had a lovely Christmas and New Years' at Katie's beautiful property - it was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 children under 2. The property itself is very clean and maintained well. It was also very beautifully decorated for Christmas - which was really appreciated and added to the festive spirit! Katie was always very helpful and responsive and gave us lots of recommendations for things to do locally generally and with the children. We had a fabulous time!

The Cow Shed is in the most beautiful location off the beaten track, yet only 10 mins from the main road. Lovely views onto the hills and common land and all you can hear are the birds and the sheep. Perfect location for exploring the Malvern Hills with plenty to do on the doorstep and several good places to eat. Equally you can walk from the door too. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for 4/5 days. It is in the grounds of Nigel's house but we were private and had our own space; we especially enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine having a coffee. Highly recommend...

This clever barn conversion is quite thoughtfully designed and very comfortable inside and out. The professional level of decoration found a wonderful balance of beauty and homeyness; everything was lovely in the most welcoming way. There was lots of space for our family to spread out, and the beds and linens were excellent. As lovely as the house is, the best part by far is the view. It was absolutely stunning, rain or shine! We found ourselves drawn outside at all hours of the day to enjoy the sights and sounds around us. Just as described, there were places in the house where the wifi was spotty, and the track up through the neighboring farm to the house might be a challenge for some cars. As we had read about the property, we were not surprised and spent an absolutely wonderful week there! There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores 10-15 minutes away in Abergavenny when we could tear ourselves away from this slice of paradise.
