NEWLY RENOVATED 2021 With our charming summer house you get one of Kegnæs's finest locations directly on the water, out to the beautiful beach meadow with swimming beach and bathing bridge. The large wooden terrace by the house allows you to find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoying your morning coffee while the ships pass by on Flensburgfjord. The light, water, and beautiful nature are absolutely magical on this part of Sydals. Walking and biking, fishing, kayaking and dinghy and kitesurfing are popular activities.

The outbuilding, 60 m2 on pig production farm 2 - 4 Pers (The basic price is for 2 Pers) Well equipped kitchen see photos. Toilet and bathroom. TV with cromecast and wifi Note: covers for duvet and pillow must be brought, or purchased for DKK 50 per person. The bunk beds must be paid extra at the time of booking. Possibly 1 person on mattress. Breakfast available in the refrigerator 60 kr. per person. Bikes can be dry. We have two old bikes that can be borrowed Child-friendly and with a fire in the garden.

The house consists of living room with open kitchen and dining area for 6 people. 1 bedroom with new elevation bed 140x200, 2 rooms with 1 bed 140x200. The house is heated with a new heat pump. Outside is a large uncovered terrace with dining area, sun loungers and fire pit. In addition, a large garden with plenty of space. Close to shopping and with the most amazing nature, as well as only a 10 min walk to the beach.

The house contains 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with underfloor heating, cozy alcove . There is a charger for electric car. Located on a corner plot and quiet road. Only 150 meters to the water. Wood burning stove will be installed in January 2025. Pets are not allowed in this property.

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. Close to lovely bathing beach. Child-friendly beach with nice sandy bottom. The cottage has a lovely large plot with room for play and fun. Quiet and secluded location on corner plot at the end of the road. South-facing terrace facing green area. The house is insulated so it can be used all year round. Heating, electric radiator, air/air heat pump and wood-burning stove.
