This guest house is perfect for couples or friends who want to experience rural farmhouse charm. This 450 sq. ft. space has been totally renovated. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living area has Roku TV and large couch. There is a full working kitchen and dinette. In the early AM hot air balloons can usually be spotted depending on the weather. The property is next door to a winery which often hosts music on weekend afternoons and weddings. A completely private, clean, comfortable suite attached to the main house but with your own entrance. Enjoy two large bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. The suite has it's own heat and a/c, with wifi and a 32" tv in each room. The bathroom is spacious with a double vanity and lots of counter space. There is also a coffee cart with fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Guests also have use of the courtyard patio area for lounging. We are a NO SMOKING of ANY KIND property.
