We offer a bathroom in a classic style, with an old brick floor and a cast iron bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room and bedroom. It's the perfect getaway for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and finally hear their thoughts. The lack of internet and very poor gsm coverage will help.

The apartment is located in the city center, in a 3-story building, on the second floor, nearby there are two large parking lots, unfortunately unguarded. In the area of the lake, Small Homely and Large Homemade with a beach and walking paths around them. Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boat are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!
