Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! The location is simply stunning, with the river just off the porch providing a serene and picturesque backdrop. The spacious interior comfortably accommodated our group, making it perfect for gatherings. The hot tub overlooking the river was a highlight, offering a relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty. We had a great stay at Chris’s cabin. The property is nice and was a great place for our dogs to run around. Kitchen is well stocked. I visited the area 15 years ago and loved and didn’t know about the fire a few years ago so it was sad to see how much the area changed, but it was still beautiful.

Most serene and comfortable stay I've had in a while. Really beautiful place to recharge, a place you will see in movies. Would love to stay again very soon, Jim was very responsive and made sure we had everything necessary to relax.

This is our second time staying with Mark and Andi. Our prior experience with them & the home is 100% why we came back. Mark and Andi are terrific, responsive hosts who are incredibly helpful and easy to work with. The house is clean, well laid out, and has all the amenities we needed. I was a little concerned that we would have an issue with five adults and one bathroom and honestly, we had no issues at all. We had another absolutely lovely stay. The quiet, the fantastic view, deer wandering through the yard, all exactly what the doctor ordered.

A lovely cabin with an incredible screened-in patio, perfect for listening to the river in the distance! I really appreciated Michael’s top-notch responsiveness before and throughout my stay.

Cute little home in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from the best diner. Great for a quick stay. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful cabin right on the water. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with anything you might need. I thought it was better than the pictures online. Friendly and flexible host. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for a nice relaxing weekend with beautiful scenery.

We felt like true guests at Mark's place. The carriage house was as described, spotless, and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The area was super peaceful and quiet. Communication was reliable and friendly. Thank you!

What an amazing farm/cabin stay our little family had here! We celebrated my husbands Birthday and Father’s Day ☺️ The outdoor toilet was the cleanest one Ive ever used! And the cabin itself was very peaceful and clean! The kids loved seeing the sheep eat at night and the ducks by the pond. Jim was as sweet as can be and let us unload our car and kiddos out before welcoming us which we really appreciated and telling us all of the information we needed! He is such a great host and it’s mind blowing how he keeps this farm so perfect! We will coming back again very soon ☺️

Can’t compliment our host and this beautiful place enough. Cory answered all our questions before arrival and the cabin fit our large group well. Beautiful area, loved the river and pond and large spacious exterior. We loved eating on the large wrapping patio and taking in the ambiance of the area. It felt very private and we enjoyed late nights around the campfire. It was a great place for us to relax and enjoy making memories with our family and graduate of U of O. Rooms were perfect size and grateful for the 3 bathrooms and off grid amenities this place offered. We highly recommend it and would stay again.

We had a great adventure at this charming historic cabin in the rainforest! The setting was so beautiful by the river and being able to go for a hike just down the road was a big plus! Our only complaint would be it was quite cold at night during our trip, especially with a 3 year old. We rely on woodstove at home, so we weren't too worried about it and the owner did send extra info on it, but the wood stove was slow to warm so we just slept on the couches around the stove. Until, I added wood at midnight and smoked us out, as the pipe had gotten too cold and the wood was a bit damp. So we had to leave the flue open from then on (after opening all the doors, fan etc) which is just what happens with wood stoves sometimes. We were quite tired from our long drive though, and it made for a long, cold night. It was a memorable experience that we will chuckle about though. A big plus was the couches were really comfy! If it we could have used the heaters, it would have been a 10/10 stay!

Our family came out for a long weekend and loved the stay! Quiet and secluded, yet easy lake access. Felt like we were a world away when at the cabin, which was perfectly sized for the four of us. It was a wonderful escape and we would love to visit again!

The area was beautiful, and there is so much to do! Perfect for a weekend getaway, would definitely like to come back! 😀

What a place! The best part of the stay was being in such a serene setting. The cabin did the job. The outdoor showers overlooking the river were amazing, and we enjoyed the sauna too. As others mentioned, our cell provider doesn't cover the area, and we could only get wifi from Steve's home if we held the phone in particular spots (or walked 50 feet toward his house). This was actually a big plus, as it helped everyone in our group set down the phones, unplug, and be present in nature. Loved it!

Cabin was well-stocked for anything we needed. Back porch has a great view of the lower field and the McKenzie - awesome place to relax and listen to the river. Overall a great stay.

Just wrapped up a stay at a place that checked every box. Tucked along the stunning McKenzie River in McKenzie Bridge, Oregon, it delivered on every expectation. Location, comfort, and atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend it more. Already dreaming of the next visit.

My husband and I hosted a breathwork retreat on the property with seven of our friends, and it was truly perfect for our needs. The space was beautiful and spacious, with plenty of room between the two houses and the large yard. Plus, being pet-friendly was such a bonus! We also appreciated how easy and seamless it was to communicate with Sandra throughout the process.

Convenient spot for an overnight stay near Eugene. Cozy and comfy and as described. Some nice treats in the kitchen, and lots of towels (much appreciated).
