We absolutely loved Donna’s place. Ideal location in North Cott, walkable to great coffee shops and restaurants right nearby, 100m from the beach. And the apartment is so stylish and beautifully designed. Will seek out this place for future stays in Perth!

What a great place ! Well equipped, had everything we need and want including the bodyboards (loved it !) Location was superb ***** We had trouble with locking and unlocking the door, when locking ourselves out I managed to get hold of Caroline to give us a new code. She was very helpful and told us about the local restaurants that had deals on. Also having parking was really good as it can get very very busy ! All in all had an amazing time and was sad to leave !

Lovely place in an affluent suburb near the river. Convenient location. Clean and tidy new unit. Comfy mattress.

The living room is much bigger than the picture with a big tv and the very most 2 big comfortable sofa and we are so delighted for that. I think this apartment is at one of the best spot in the block, top floor with 2 bedrooms facing the sea is just amazing with a spacious balcony too, we love to have breakfast there and see the sunset everyday. Location is great, the window soundproof is great, wish to live there forever ☺️and we’d love to be back.

Apartment was very clean and beautiful, situated in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Supermarket and eateries were in close proximity. Host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again for future Perth visits.

Great central location! The apartment is very centrally located, with a gym and several restaurants nearby. The host gave us great tips on where to find good, affordable food, which was much appreciated. Overall, the place was very nice and appealing. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely holiday whilst staying here. Ron was very responsive any time I messaged him, even in the evenings. Would definitely recommend. We stayed with 2 children, 1.5 year old and a 3.5 year old. The garden was a lovely open space for scooters and toys. The pool was lovely, and the grass round to the side was also lovely. Brilliant location for walks to the beach and a couple of coffee shops. There were multiple travel cots, would recommend bringing extra padding for the mattress’s though, and also warm clothing, socks and thick pj’s etc as there is no heating apart from the electric heaters. Also would recommend bringing some sort of straps for the high chair as there aren’t any and can be easy for the child to stand up. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation! The hospitality of the host was beyond amazing and made me feel right at home, even though I was traveling alone. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me like family and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Her local tips were incredibly helpful – whether it was recommendations for events, activities, or hidden spots in the area, she always had the best advice. I felt completely at ease knowing I could reach out to her anytime for help or suggestions. The accommodation itself was very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Another great feature was that the shared living spaces and bathrooms were cleaned multiple times a week, which kept everything spotless and well-maintained. Thanks again Margaret and see you soon!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. The house was spotless, new, spacious, it had everything you would need. Loved our welcome package also...Thank you very much! The house is in the most perfect location being walking distance to Optus Stadium, the Casino, the Swan River and other restaurants. We will be back to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Edward’s place when visiting family nearby. It was convenient and clean and as described.

The apartment had all we needed to make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. A good range of quality utensils and cookware are provided. The 2 plate burner, microwave and air fryer worked very well for cooking. The outdoor seating area made our stay even more comfortable and added well to our living space. The outside kitchen worked well too. A lovely sanctuary. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet place near Fremantle.

This property is superb for large families⭐️ The host reponded quickly to any questions and provided so many items that help with daily living. The house surfaces/kitchen/ bathrooms etc are all very clean and well presented. Cinema room is superb with complimentary films to use . The location is great for walks and there is a very nice restaraunt, pub and supermarket and pharmacy within a short walking distance and a small park area opposite and another two streets away. The owner lives on the same road and was such a nice guy. There are some small re-occurring issues to work through which would make this a perfect stay, the pool was very cold and constantly full of sand/debris etc (which we believe is something to do with the street inlet)? Despite the owner cleaning it once Saying that , do not be put off booking this property , we had such a nice stay .

The review for: The homestay for 4 adults and 1 child from 26 May to 31 May 2025: The homestay was cozy, clean and comfortable. As muslim tourists I really like the bidet in the toilets, making the house Muslim-friendly. The kitchen is generally clean but the microwave was dirty so we couldnt heat up the leftover food.

The place was tidy, in a convenient location, and communication was excellent. They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even smoother.
