Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sveti Petar u Šumi

Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We felt very comfortable with Marko and Leila. Communication was great! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and was really nice! The surroundings are very quiet and rather remote, but restaurants and supermarkets are easily accessible by car. We had a great time at Casa Nostra!

We loved staying at Elizabeta's. The house was even better than we expected, everything is clean and comfy. Elizabeta and her family are great hosts.

The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

We were in this house as a family of four with two children. We didn't miss anything. The place was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and with lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage is in his garden was not a problem at all. We had complete privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

We had a lovely family stay at Marija & Edo's place. The swimming pool and garden were a highlight and you get to enjoy it for yourself, a real treat. The garden with all the fruit & vegetables is very peaceful, and we got offered fresh produce regularly. The apartment is more spacious than the photos. The bedrooms were good sizes and the bathroom and kitchen well stocked. The hosts are very friendly and you have privacy too. We visited Rovinj, Porec, and the caves nearby. Thanks for a great stay!

We were passing through for 4 nights at Bojana's. We were received very nicely, even the dog Sarah of her parents was happy. The apartment is nicely decorated, especially the bathroom with the infrared sauna is nice to relax in the evening. The kitchen and bedroom are well equipped, the bed was cozy. In the living room there is a large fireplace, but only a small couch, chilling on the sofa for two is not really possible. Outside there is a small bench and an armchair with a table, a few sun loungers would be even cooler. We had cozy evenings with a picnic blanket with Sarah (dog). Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend with a clear conscience.

Jens is a nice fast responding host. The house has been renovated and decorated with a lot of love and care. Delicious base to, among others, Motovun, Oprtalj, and Porec. Fantastic starting point to make beautiful trips with the racing bike with altimeters of your choice. My wife and I really enjoyed it!

We felt completely comfortable with Kristina and Daniel from the first moment. The apartment is in excellent condition – perfectly maintained, modernly equipped and absolutely clean. There is nothing missing that you need for a relaxing stay. We would like to highlight the lovingly landscaped garden, which is not only beautiful, but also perfect for a stay with a dog. Another highlight was the little white cat, which we quickly fell in love with – it enriched our stay in a charming way. The location of the accommodation is also ideal: In just 5 to 10 minutes you can reach the sea and some beach bars on foot. If you like to be active, you can easily explore the center of Pula by bike or car – a visit to the local fish market is especially recommended. The place itself is pleasantly quiet, not very touristy and very original – just the thing if you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.

We felt very comfortable in the lovingly decorated and fully equipped, stylish apartment. We especially liked the location in the middle of nature, the singing of many rare birds and the possibility of being able to reach 2 beaches directly from the house through nature, a very natural one on an adventurous but well doable path down the cliffs, another under trees with loungers and restaurant. There is a great hiking trail network that runs through the region, so it is possible to walk to Piran in just under 1.5 hours, much of it along the sea. Brane was very nice and helpful, a small necessary repair was carried out immediately. A very special highlight for nature lovers, which we would like to recommend. Upon arrival, please be sure to follow the description and recommendation from Brane.

The owners of Villa Cami are incredibly welcoming, reliable, and helpful. Communication was always fast, solution-oriented, and kind. Everything from arrival to check-in and check-out went perfectly. The villa itself is immaculate, tastefully furnished, and set in a beautiful, peaceful environment. In person, it exceeded the already great impression from the photos. For families with children who value privacy and tranquility, this is absolutely the perfect choice. We felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Villa Cami is a true gem – we wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to return!

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic Airbnb! The house is rustic and charming from the outside, but ultra-modern inside – a perfect combination of coziness and comfort. We really didn't miss anything: everything was sparkling clean, well equipped and designed with a lot of love for detail. The pool was a real highlight – very well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We would like to highlight the host Mario, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quickly available. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

Property overall in very good condition. Ideal for toddlers - as it is fenced. Quiet location. Air conditioning in all rooms - very quiet - therefore also pleasant at night and works very well. Pool sufficiently large and beautiful lounging options. Supermarkets of various kinds within 15 min. by car.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation with dog(s) Large, super beautiful, fenced property – ideal for travelers with dogs. The place is super well equipped, has everything you need for a vacation and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need is within 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

We felt absolutely comfortable in the villa. House, pool, view and surroundings, everything was fantastic. The house is away from the hustle and bustle so you can enjoy peace and relaxation but still reach good restaurants; cafes and great cities quickly by car. Since the previous guests left early, Daniela immediately informed us that the house will be ready for occupancy before 4 pm and so we could check in shortly after 12 pm :-) !!!! We had an unforgettable vacation and would be happy to come back. Thank you Daniela & Korado!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!
