Very beautiful home and beautiful setting they all of trees were magical

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Helena is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had. She was always available and more than helpful. She not only provides accommodation but a home away from home. We felt more than comfortable in this fantastic house and had nothing to complain about. The amenities are great, especially the covered outdoor kitchen with grill. A travel cot was provided for our baby and there was a first aid basket with breakfast for us. Through the walled garden, we had a great relaxing time with the dog and everyone had a nice stress-free time without exception. We would come back anytime!

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

There were five of us at Daniela's place. We arrived by car, which is also necessary in the area if you want to do something. Pula is about 25 minutes' drive. The place was very nice and clean. Pool and garden are wonderful, you can sit inside and outside to eat. With 5 people, one had to sleep on the sofa bed, but it is very comfortable and not a problem. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. Communication with Daniela is great, she responds very quickly, is very friendly and helpful with problems if something does not work or the like. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We would definitely recommend Daniela and her accommodation and felt very comfortable!

Beautiful 400 year old house within a large garden with tall old trees. Just to sit there, listen to the birds singing is like a dream. Piero was very kind and helped with all what was necessary. The house with the large fireplace in the kitchen was reconstructed with great attention to detail and looks like a museum at some parts. It is absolutely cosy. We've done a lot of biking in the nice area. Tiny streets and almost no traffic. Perfect for cycling. The beach is a walk of 10 min away and the water is very clear. It's a small path through the coastal forest. We enjoyed our 1 week vacation very much and are absolutely recommending to stay here.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Inga and her family were the best hosts we've had so far, we felt completely comfortable. The house is beautiful and the view is just amazing. We were there for 7 days with a 15-month-old child and Inga provided everything necessary. Inga and Andelko are very open and also available for a short or longer chat. We highly recommend it and if we are in the area again, we will stop by again :-)

We loved the house and especially the pool, the beautiful garden and the view. It is even better than the pictures! The kids enjoyed the pool and we found shady places under the trees. You definitely need a car to explore the beaches and restaurants around. Dalibor was a great host, friendly, reachable. Thanks for that!

Bea and Jürgen's house is really beautiful. Located on a large, beautiful area, there is also plenty of space in and around the house and nice places to sit. From the terrace you can see the sea in the distance, the pool was the main place for the children and we spent the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bea and Jürgen live behind the house in a trailer, they always come by to water the plants or to check on things - for people who want to be totally alone, this may be good to know. Bea and Jürgen were really nice hosts and also very nice to the children and Bea showed us a beach nearby and recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic, beautiful place. Lovely stay. I wish we had stayed longer. Large grocery stores nearby. Short drive to the charming village of Labin. We also drove to Rovinj (wonderful) and Pula. We felt the location was good as it was easy to see the sites of Istria. Highly recommended. Hope to return some day.

The house is beautiful, nothing is missing and Adisa is a very accommodating hostess (rely on her restaurant recommendations!) who was always available for us. Only the staring Wi-Fi (we were here in a rainy week, otherwise it would hardly stand out) and the missing mosquito nets (as usual in Croatia) could be criticized, but everything else is really a dream! We would love to come back anytime!

Value for money, very good. We were completely satisfied and I highly recommend it...if we choose Croatia next year, we go to Petra again.

We stayed at Andrea’s house for business purposes, so we were not on holiday. We had a really nice stay at Andrea’s house and would definitely book again. Andrea was very friendly, proactive and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need and it is very clean.

The place is absolutely amazing, really beautiful, artistic and inspiring! We have spent a New year’s there and we enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen: it really has everything! The bedrooms are nice and cozy and one of the two bathrooms even has a tub. Everything was basically spotless. Also the outside is great with a beautiful garden. But the best thing about our stay was the host: Agaron is a great guy, he responded quickly to all of my messages, he and his wife waited for us and welcomed us and even gave us some very thoughtful gifts. They also gave some suggestions about what to do and they really did everything we felt great at their place. We are all grateful we got a chance to welcome 2025 in such a nice way.

Slađana's place is great, it's very private and clean, and the pool is perfect. Communications were also great. There's also a view of Labin old town on the horizon: a real secret get away!
