Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, among other things by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is wall to wall with the brewery that has a renovated oven.

Sørlandshus in a family friendly neighborhood. Spacious house with sheltered patio both in front and back of the house, sea views and good sun conditions from early morning to late evening. The house is a good fit for families with children. The house is child-friendly with toys and equipment. Toy cabin and sandbox in the backyard and 50 meters from the fenced playground. Many nice beaches nearby. Two SUP boards are included in the rent, can be launched right below the house. Boat can be rented, for individual days or the entire stay.

Only 15 kilometers from Kristiansand City Here you can sit and listen to nature and when the evening comes, only the moon and stars will light up for you! Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable place to stay. The cabin is located by the water, there are two canoes and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Welcome to our brand new apartment, completed in May 2025, with a great location and fantastic views of Rosfjord! This nice apartment is a short distance to everything Lyngdal has to offer. The apartment is 34 m2 and has a lovely terrace of 13 m2. Inside you will find a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom and an open living room/kitchen solution that is perfect for both relaxation and cooking. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels. Guests can clean up after themselves, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged

Welcome to us! New funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and beautiful views of the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels (1 big+1 small) and bedsheets are included in the price, and beds are made on arrival. 2 parking space. There is a large terrace facing west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.
