The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, which is best suited for one adult/two children, as well as an open kitchen with dishes and a green room that functions as a balcony. On the 4th floor of the elevator house. Opposite the house is a large affordable parking space. SMOKING AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!

The house has an equipped kitchen with stove, oven, washer, coffee maker and an electric kettle. A crib and a high chair are also available.
