Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Svedala Municipality

Quiet area in the middle of a golf course. Good patio and nice nature around. A house with possibilities. Both Martin and Joel responded quickly and arranged what was possibly missing without any problems. Close to shopping center and to Malmö. Having a car is an advantage, a 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

A dreamy, bohemian and hospitable home with lots of opportunities for play and socializing for the family! Rings on the top floor rooftop were the daughter's favorite (shared first place with the stud mat) The house is in an idyllic little modern Bulllerby-like area just a few minutes by car into the center of Malmö. I was personally very inspired by the decor of the home. Perfect for families with children who want to experience Malmö/Copenhagen or as in our case: Summer holidays with young children in Beijing park. Incredibly communicative and lovely host who was quick to respond to chat. Bonus with cuddly cats and nice neighbors!

Nice little cabin that was a perfect fit for our weekend needs. Only downside was that nearby lake was not easily accessible on foot. But it has nothing to do with Simon and the place: -) We could book it again another time.

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’ house and felt at home right away. Waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun was incredibly relaxing. The garden was perfect for our dog, with direct access to the forest for peaceful walks. It was also a great base for exploring Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at Susannes house was perfect! She was able to accommodate us very spontaneously and everything immediately worked. If we had questions Susanne was able to answer very quickly and the house had everything you could need. You felt right at home. The surroundings were quiet and very beautiful. I cannot recommend Susanne enough. Thank you for a great time!

Super cozy cottage in a peaceful area, not long from the center of town. Beautiful garden where we sat and had our meals. Very friendly hosts. Definitely recommend!

Very nice accommodation that has everything needed. The accommodation is very close to Rönnebäck's golf course which was why we stayed here.

I was in Lund for a conference and Ana Maria's place was perfect, clean and comfortable, with the necessary appliances and amenities, and good value for money. She was very responsive despite my very last-minute booking. Although the place is a bit further from the city center, it is easily accessible by public transport or a 15min walk that you can also use for checking the nearby Botanical Garden or grab groceries or food.

The apartment is very unique with a “old days” vibe in a very charming way. Large, nice bright bathroom. Good mattress in the bed, we slept really well. View of beautiful garden and lots of greenery throughout the area. Our hosts were very welcoming and offered great flexibility in both arrival and departure. We would highly recommend this home and will stay here again the next time we come to Lund.

Lovely stay at Dardan’s. Wife was happy so I was happy. Having the code to the apartment building door would’ve been nice but luckily a local couple were able to help us. Many bus stops nearby & a 5 minute bus into the centre of Lund. A beautiful city! Double bed was so comfortable and wife loved the shower. Would stay again.

Ingrid was a great, friendly host but respected privacy. Fantastic location within 12-mins walk of Malmo Centralstation, old town, gardens and canal paddleboating, and easy bus ride to Vastra Hamnen / Turning Torso building and Ribersborgstranden beach / sauna with great view of Oresund Bridge. 3 min walk to supermarket and bus stops. Had everything you need to make meals and even had thoughtful touches like Ingrid leaving us some Italian crackers, bread, butter, cheese and jam as well as some toiletries. Gorgeous attic loft in three rooms looking out over the city great for watching the long Midsommar sunset. Loved the reading lamp over the armchair so didn't wake my husband. Lovely recommendations from Ingrid for Midsommar as well as how to get around. For foreign non-European visitors, recommend phone shop down the stairs around from Pressbyran owned by a friendly Middle Eastern man who helped us without charge! Flawless holiday in a cosy place. Cissi was very kind and made us feel welcome. She always responded quickly to our messages. The apartment was cozy, clean and the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was comfortable, too! It had a cute outdoor spot which we enjoyed and we were easily able to walk back and forth to central Lund (10 min.). Grocery store just across the road (open until 10pm) .

Very bright and clean apartment in good location. Close to store and bikes or bus to get around town. Lotte was very quick to help out when we had difficulty getting in. Would love to stay there again when visiting this wonderful city.

A perfect stay – even better than expected! We spent 5 wonderful days in Jeannette’s beautiful apartment and truly didn’t want to leave. The place is exactly like the photos – if not even better! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed in cozy Scandinavian style, and fully equipped with everything you might need. You can tell a lot of love and care went into every detail. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Sweden – easy drives to Ystad, Trelleborg, Malmö, Lund and more. Plus, it’s just a short walk to both the beach and a nearby golf course – ideal for relaxed mornings and sunset strolls. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we appreciated a lot. One small note for fellow dog owners: the apartment is accessed via grating stairs. Jeannette informed us about this in advance (thank you!), and we were happy to carry our furry friend when needed. All in all, a truly wonderful place and a lovely host – highly recommended!

Marie and William’s house is a warm and welcoming family home. It’s very spacious with a comfortable, light-filled living room. It’s within walking distance to the centre and good restaurants and cafes. Marie and William were very kind and flexible with our check in. Thank you!

Remy and Monica s place was clean comfortable and very well organised . The space was extremely clean. Remy proactively helped us with local transport and was quick to respond to our queries . They were amazing hosts…highly recommend a stay at their space

We felt very welcome upon arriving at Ingvar'splace. The house was very cosy and spotless. We stayed only one night but would have loved staying longer, for a few days, to enjoy the beach and sea that is just 20 minutes away. We had a car and had no problem to park in the street for free. The house is also very close to the train station, making it very convenient. Ingvar was very responsive to our requests and made sure we felt at home. Highly recommended!

This is my second stay here! It has everything you need and a great location. Mette-Maaria is the perfect host very friendly and easy to communicate with.
