Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Svedala Municipality

Lugnt område mitt i en golfbana. Bra uteplats och fin natur runt omkring. Ett hus med möjligheter. Både Martin och Joel svarade snabb och ordnade det som ev saknades utan problem. Nära till köpcentrum och till Malmö. Att ha bil är en fördel, 15 minuter promenad till närmaste busshållplatsen.

Ett drömmigt, bohemiskt och gästvänligt hem med många möjligheter till lek och umgänge för familjen! Ringar i taket på översta våningen var dotterns favorit (delad förstaplats med studmattan) Huset ligger i ett idylliskt litet modernt Bulllerby-liknande område bara ett par minuter med bil in till Malmö centrum. Jag blev personligen mycket inspirerad av inredningen i hemmet. Perfekt för barnfamilj som vill uppleva Malmö/Köpenhamn eller som i vårt fall: Sommarlov med svt barn i Beijers park. Otroligt kommunikativ och härlig värd som var snabb med att svara på chatt. Bonus med gosiga katter och trevliga grannar!

Fin lille hytte, som passede perfekt til vores behov for weekenden. Eneste minus var at nærliggende sø ikke var nemt tilgængelig på gåben. Men det har intet med Simon og boligen at gøre :-) Vi kunne godt booke den igen en anden gang.

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’ house and felt at home right away. Waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun was incredibly relaxing. The garden was perfect for our dog, with direct access to the forest for peaceful walks. It was also a great base for exploring Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

W domu Susanne byłem razem z żona i dwójką naszych dzieci (2 i 4 lata). Jeśli cenisz sobie spokój i obcowanie z przyrodą to jest to miejsce dla Ciebie. Ogród bezpośrednio przy domu jest świetnym miejsce do zabaw dla dzieci i relaxu dla dorosych. Świetna lokalizacja, 1,5 km do mareketu w Svedali i 20 min drogi autem do Malmo, maksymalnie 1 godzina drogi autem do innych atrakcji Skani. Kontakt z gospodarzem bez zarzutów. Spedziliśmy świetny czas z rodziną, wyjeżdżalismy z łeżką w oku. Zapisujemy ten dom na swojej liście, możliwie, że nie była to nasza ostatnia wizyta w tym domu.

Super cozy cottage in a peaceful area, not long from the center of town. Beautiful garden where we sat and had our meals. Very friendly hosts. Definitely recommend!

Vi har haft et fantastisk ophold, og Cliff er en fremragende vært der går det ekstra skridt for man har det behageligt. Vil virkelig anbefale det!😊

Mycket trevligt boende som har allt som behövs. Boendet ligger väldigt nära Rönnebäcks golfbana som var anledningen till att vi bodde här.

Lejligheden er meget unik med vibe af “gamle dage” på en meget charmerende måde. Stort, dejligt lyst badeværelse. God madras i sengen, vi sov virkeligt godt. Udsigt til smuk have og meget grønt i hele området. Vores værter var meget imødekommende og tilbød stor fleksibilitet i både ankomst- og afgang. Vi vil stærkt anbefale denne bolig og vil bo her igen næste gang vi kommer til Lund.

Die Unterkunft ist schön groß und passend für bis zu drei Leute. Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, mit denen man gut in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof kommt. Wer möchte und die Zeit hat, kann aber auch gut von der Unterkunft in die Innenstadt laufen. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in und Check-out mit Dardan lief ohne Probleme.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in direkter Nähe zum Beddingestrand. Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und die Wohnung sauber, gemütlich und top ausgestattet. Uns hat die direkte Nähe zum Strand sehr gefallen. Auch für die Reise mit Baby wurde alles bereitgestellt was wir benötigt haben.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Jon’s apartment. Nice, spacious, comfortable and peaceful.

Ingrid was a great, friendly host but respected privacy. Fantastic location within 12-mins walk of Malmo Centralstation, old town, gardens and canal paddleboating, and easy bus ride to Vastra Hamnen / Turning Torso building and Ribersborgstranden beach / sauna with great view of Oresund Bridge. 3 min walk to supermarket and bus stops. Had everything you need to make meals and even had thoughtful touches like Ingrid leaving us some Italian crackers, bread, butter, cheese and jam as well as some toiletries. Gorgeous attic loft in three rooms looking out over the city great for watching the long Midsommar sunset. Loved the reading lamp over the armchair so didn't wake my husband. Lovely recommendations from Ingrid for Midsommar as well as how to get around. For foreign non-European visitors, recommend phone shop down the stairs around from Pressbyran owned by a friendly Middle Eastern man who helped us without charge! Flawless holiday in a cosy place. A nice and cozy apartment for one or two guests. You'll find everything you need for your stay in the apartment. A lot of transport options and a grocery store nearby. The host is really friendly and responsive.

Very bright and clean apartment in good location. Close to store and bikes or bus to get around town. Lotte was very quick to help out when we had difficulty getting in. Would love to stay there again when visiting this wonderful city.

A perfect stay – even better than expected! We spent 5 wonderful days in Jeannette’s beautiful apartment and truly didn’t want to leave. The place is exactly like the photos – if not even better! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed in cozy Scandinavian style, and fully equipped with everything you might need. You can tell a lot of love and care went into every detail. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Sweden – easy drives to Ystad, Trelleborg, Malmö, Lund and more. Plus, it’s just a short walk to both the beach and a nearby golf course – ideal for relaxed mornings and sunset strolls. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we appreciated a lot. One small note for fellow dog owners: the apartment is accessed via grating stairs. Jeannette informed us about this in advance (thank you!), and we were happy to carry our furry friend when needed. All in all, a truly wonderful place and a lovely host – highly recommended!

Marie and William’s house is a warm and welcoming family home. It’s very spacious with a comfortable, light-filled living room. It’s within walking distance to the centre and good restaurants and cafes. Marie and William were very kind and flexible with our check in. Thank you!

un logement fonctionnel et bien placé pour des visites sur Malmo. Nous avions une voiture pour nous déplacer . A savoir qu'il y'a de nombreux bus et trains et que Rémy est là pour vous conseiller. Un jardin est attenant au logement où vous pouvez profiter pour y manger Merci Remy et Monica

We felt very welcome upon arriving at Ingvar'splace. The house was very cosy and spotless. We stayed only one night but would have loved staying longer, for a few days, to enjoy the beach and sea that is just 20 minutes away. We had a car and had no problem to park in the street for free. The house is also very close to the train station, making it very convenient. Ingvar was very responsive to our requests and made sure we felt at home. Highly recommended!

This is my second stay here! It has everything you need and a great location. Mette-Maaria is the perfect host very friendly and easy to communicate with.
